Patty and I are both in tears. I went to YouTube and discovered that the little white therapy dog and heart-stealer, Norbert, had just passed away. He was just shy of his 16th birthday.
Norbert, you never failed to give us joy, never failed to bring some sweetness into our lives. How many human beings can say the same?
Here’s a little bit of Norbert, from eight years ago.
For Patty and me, this year, 2024, has been a real stinker. We could’ve used a few hundred visits from Norbert the therapy dog.
Well, I could’ve died, but I didn’t.
And we’ve got our country back! It’ll take a long time and tons of hard work to undo the damage wrought by SloJo Biden & Co., but it’s well worth doing. In fact, we’ll be very, very sorry if we don’t get around to doing it.
For this we ought to be profoundly grateful. We have another chance to set things right. Let’s give it everything we’ve got… and pray the Lord will bless us.
It’s been a while since we’ve had any Norbert footage here. I admit it: I’m a Norbert nut. But that’s okay, I’ve got a lot of company. Millions!
The Net has spread a lot of bad things over the world. But it can also spread good, wholesome, spiritually nourishing things; and Norbert the therapy dog is one of them.
