There is always a reason to say no, but if every project which helps the citizens is turned down, there are now services. Humans need food, clothing, shelter, and civilization requires water. I’m all in favor of the little fish, but I’m not worried that they would become extinct if California puts its water resources to sensible use. If something doesn’t change soon, California is going to become much more troubled than it already is.
