Anheuser-Busch loses $395 Million

Bud Light display

I think they can probably forget about sponsoring the Stupor Bowl for a while.

Anheuser-Busch continues to pay for its folly of trying to become the Transgender Beer, with weirdo Dylan Mulvaney as its spokescreature (https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2023/08/get-woke-go-broke-anheuser-busch-loses-395/). Bud Light has lost $395 million in the second quarter, down a full 10% from last year’s sales.

No one seems interested in going back to Bud Light. Coors sales are up $47 million, though. Miller Lite’s doing pretty well, too.

But Anheuser-Busch has had to lay off several hundred workers. Too bad, folks–but the guilty party here, who has hurt you and your families, is not the general public but the corporate executives who tried to force Transgender down our throats. They listened to Far Left crazies who thought the whole country was ready to embrace Transgender. It wasn’t. God forbid it ever will be.

“Oft by one man’s will many must woe endure,” said an Anglo-Saxon poet, over a thousand years ago.

It’s still true, whether it’s just one man, one woman, or a whole gaggle of idiots.

Bud Light’s Fake ‘Girl’ Flees to Peru

Bud Light CEO's 'pathetic' response to Dylan Mulvaney backlash

What if Peru considers this an act of war?

Claiming that he “doesn’t feel safe” in America anymore–what with all those normal people on the loose–Bud Light catastrophe and social media “influencer” Dylan Mulvaney has fled to Peru (https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12289497/Sad-Dylan-Mulvaney-flees-PERU-complaining-no-longer-feels-safe-US.html).

Notice the Daily Mail’s shameful use of female pronouns in speaking of this man. If he declared he was a gas grill, what pronouns would you use then?

Anyway, my question is… “What in the world did you expect?” Is there anybody out there with so little substance to him that he can actually be “influenced” by some “influencer” on the Internet? What are you, dude–a ghost?

Well, the utter disaster of Bud Light’s fake girl ad campaign–Costco has just announced they won’t be stocking it anymore–suggests there’s still some hope that the human race might not delete itself in the next five years or so.

Now… Is there any way to make this guy stay out of America forever?

The Inflexible Left

You’d think rigidity would be a weakness–failure to respond effectively to changing circumstances, sticking with a strategy that has so far yielded only defeat. A general who does that loses battles: can even lose the war. To keep on doing things that don’t work is taken as a sign of deep foolishness.

But consider this.

The Bud Light beer campaign–“You can be a tranny, too! Just drink our beer!”–featuring a transgender “influencer,” has lost $20 billion so far. It has been a disaster.

And yet this week Bud Light received a “Creative Marketer of the Year” Award–even though the unnamed marketer whose bright idea this was has been “put on leave” (translation: fired).

Had some other company managed to lose $30 billion, would they have received the award instead?

Supposedly the award was decided upon before the calamitous results came in; but don’t hold your breath waiting for Bud Light to give back the award.

Somehow Far Left Crazy gets away with follies that would destroy anyone else who practiced them. They never back off, they never change course, they double down on every losing bet–and they’re still here! Is failure, to them, just another form of success?

I suspect that so much money and so much labor has been poured into folly that its perpetrators can’t back down. Inertia–and sheer wooden-headedness–continues to propel them toward disaster: too much momentum to overcome.

Maybe that’s a good thing! Maybe Woke will someday go right off the edge of the cliff, never to be heard from again.

We can always hope and pray… and keep up the boycotts.
