I don’t know how many times I’ve posted this hymn, and I hope you don’t mind hearing it again. I felt a need for it today. This world needs the light of Jesus Christ: nothing else can lift the darkness.

It’s the little things that beat you down. The weather’s dark and dreary, I’m running late, and all sorts of equipment is failing me–blood pressure monitor, Patty’s car, toilet. All at once.

I know, I know, I post this hymn rather often. I’ve been worried for my wife, worried for my cat–and Phoebe’s cat, Iggy, needs your prayers today–had a poor night’s sleep… but this hymn is soul medicine.
