‘Parental Rights’? Not in New Mexico Schools

The Teachers' “Red for Ed” Movement Is Far From Dead

They’ve got your children where they want ’em, folks.

It only takes a few minutes for me to find a new public education outrage to report. Here’s one from New Mexico.

Attorney Andrew Sanchez, who “trains teachers and school boards,” has recently declared, “Parental rights end when you send your kids to public schools” (https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2023/03/parental-rights-end-when-you-send-your-kids-to-public-school-new-mexico-attorney-in-training-session-to-teachers-video/). And that’s the way he likes it. He says it’s the job of public schools to “replace values” that the kids have learned at home.

Go ahead, “educators,” spit in our faces once again. No one’s stopping you.

How many times must we say this? The only meaningful and effective response to the schools’ Marxist indoctrination of our children is to take them out of those schools and educate them at home. See what happens when 50 million Christian children are pulled out of public schools.

It’s been a long time since local school boards actually represented the people who elect them and pay the exorbitant school taxes. The Far Left teachers’ unions have America by the throat and won’t let go.

‘Math Lesson + Political Indoctrination = Foolishness’ (Chalcedon, 2013)

Look at this: nine years ago, our “public education” establishment was already indoctrinating children into the wonderful world of socialism.

Never mind those pesky questions about where the money came from, or how it was acquired–“redistributing wealth” will make you happy! Especially if it’s other people’s wealth.

Now it’s worse. Now they indoctrinate children into racial guilt, fear, and racial hatred. That’s what “Critical Race Theory” is all about–and how our public “educators” love it!

For years we let them do this. Now we hope this is about to change. Thanks to King COVID, which kept kids home from school and subjected them to “remote learning” via their computers, many parents have found out what is actually taught in the schools they have to pay for with their taxes. The initial result was a four-fold increase in homeschooling families–not enough, but we’ve got to start somewhere.

Get rid of public education before it gets rid of our country.

Here’s What Our Schools Call ‘U.S. History’

Your school tax dollars at work–used against you, and against your country.

By the People is a new U.S. History textbook, published by Pearson Education, to be used next year by Advanced Placement students in public high schools nationwide. It describes our elected president, Donald Trump, as “mentally ill” and “racist” (https://www.wnd.com/2019/04/u-s-history-textbook-portrays-trump-as-mentally-ill-racist/). And those of us who voted for him aren’t very nice people, either.

Y’see, explains the textbook, us Trump voters are bad people ’cause we have too much “anger.” Gee willikers, why in the world should we be “angry”? Why, we should be thanking them for revealing to us that the president that we elected is a nut and a racist! We should thank them for showing us what creeps we are. How could that possibly make us angry?

If we had been nice people we would’ve elected Hillary. [Reaches for barf bag.]

And they make us pay for this! Taxes galore. They make us pay to be insulted and lied to. And we let them do it! That’s the part that I don’t understand: we let them do it.

When are normal people going to understand that the Far Left crazies who own our public education system despise them, hold them in extreme contempt, and operate the schools that we pay for as a means of turning our children against us? And against everything we value.

We are “educating” ourselves to death; and when we all wake up in Venezuela North someday, we’ll know whose fault it is.

Our own. For not stopping this while we had the chance.
