This hymn has been in my head all afternoon, which makes me think I ought to post it: I want to hear it again. And maybe some of you do, too–Up From the Grave He Arose, by the Voice of Eden.
I am strongly moved to post this hymn again today, don’t wait for tomorrow–Up from the Grave He Arose, by the Voice of Eden. I don’t know why I need to do this, but I try to heed such promptings.
We are saved because He arose. And when He returns to claim His throne, He will banish sin and death and all their servants with them, never to be seen or heard again.
Hell will be total separation from God, forever; and those who’ve asked for it will get it.
This is my favorite Easter hymn,so I was more than a little pleased when Erlene requested it.

Erlene mentioned this hymn yesterday and I just couldn’t get it out of my mind. We usually save it for Easter-time, but really the message bears repeating all year long.

We have to go grocery-shopping today, with the public in full panic mode. It won’t be fun.

We need for Christmas and Easter to work on us all year long, not just in their designated seasons.

I’m sorry, but I just can’t get enough of this hymn–Up From the Grave He Arose, sung by the Voice of Eden, from somewhere in India. Wow! We have family in India, and some of them can sing up a storm.
Christ’s resurrection changed the world. As the hymn tells us, “Death cannot keep his prey.” Jesus has broken its chains forever.
