The one question that never gets asked, when a noozie interviews a rug-chewing crazy wacko, is:
“WHY DO YOU WANT THAT?”
Critical Race Theory in the schools–“Why do you want that?”
Drag Queen Story Hour–“Why do you want that?”
Using the schools to groom children for sex–“Why do you want that?”
Transgender mania sweeping the Western world–“Why do you want that?”
Classic works of literature rewritten to appeal to hyper-sensitive “modern readers” who don’t really read that well–“Why do you want that?”
More “mandates,” more “governance,” more elites selecting winners and losers, more World Economic Forum–“Why do you want that?”
I’m betting you can’t get a coherent answer to this question from any of the above-mentioned groups. Mostly you’ll get cursed and yelled at. You may even get bitten–very unstable, these progressives, when they encounter any departure from their party line.
Mostly, though, you’ll get babble and gobbledygook. At least that’s been my experience.
And our politics, government, education, and business is packed chock-full of it.
This is like the transgender who shot up the Covenant Presbyterian Christian school in Nashville recently. She left a lengthy manifesto but still authorities from several branches of government can not determine her purpose for why she did what she did. Give me her manifesto and I bet I could tell in the matter of an hour or so what her purpose was.
This is what happens when a mental illness is treated as a revolutionary new way of life, and encouraged by the government.
That is a really really good question. How about another question? Why do we call it mental illness? I use that term, but have often thought, is it really an illness? Maybe it’s really what we used to call it, evil. But, then again, those who do such things, their minds are really messed up…
In ancient times, what we call mental illness was put down to possession by demons. In either case, the subject could be a victim to be pitied and helped, if possible.
I am convinced that it is a fulfillment of 2 Thess 2:11-12. “11 Therefore God sends them a strong delusion, so that they may believe what is false, 12 in order that all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.“
