This was the first “modern” or “contemporary” hymn I fell in love with–Thy Word Is a Lamp Unto My Feet. This is from a castle in Rumania.

My editor, Susan, has asked for this hymn, In Christ Alone. The first time I tried to post it this morning, Pete Rose came up instead. But I think I’ve got that straightened out. I’ll know in a minute or two.
By reader request, we have El Shaddai performed by Amy Grant. El Shaddai is one of the ancient Hebrew names for God. I hope you enjoy it.
