When you run out of snake oil, there’s always “Evolution.”
No one in public life ever spoke more pure piffle than Barack Obama. Here’s a solid gold example from 2016.

I run this post up the flagpole every now and then to remind us all that a false religion, statist humanism (or humanistic statism), never stops working to take over the world.
And the engine that makes it go is the whole idea of “evolution.”
Yowsah, yowsah! Who needs a Savior? We’re gonna evolve!
God forbid.
Now the moral imbeciles who brought us the Obama years are back in power, and in less than a year they’ve managed to drag our country very far down from where it was just ten months ago. Who would’ve thought they could do so much damage, so fast?
Pray hard. We have to survive three more years of this. If we can.
This is another one of those, ahem, ideas that sound really smart when said in a certain kind of way, but in reality is nothing but crapola: “moral evolution.”

I mean, you have to be completely 100% pluperfect ignorant of current history to think the human race has changed one whit over several thousand years. “Yeah? Well, we don’t have slavery anymore!” Wanna bet? “We don’t have death camps anymore!” Ya think? Not counting some 60 million abortions in America alone.
No, fat-heads–we are not “evolving,” and we are not going to “evolve,” into some race of moral Mensa candidates. We are still sinners in need of a Savior.
Power, wealth, government, science, fame–those things don’t save.
