You won’t believe how they were spending your tax dollars when the Biden gang was in the White House. Be prepared to be appalled.
“We’ve found the grants,” proclaims the American Principles Project (https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/4295470/posts)–and boy, have they ever! They dug up 341 grants, to assorted government agencies and hangers-on, totaling $128 million in funds. (Click the link to see the big long list in its entirety.)
Everybody’s getting the goodies–Dept. of Defense, Dept. of Agriculture, “Sustainable Development”–oh! And a nice big chunk to “Support gender diverse people in Bangladesh.” We’re so glad they didn’t leave that out! “Woke Gender Ideology” surely deserves its share of your tax money.
But what’s $128 million to Democrats who piss away billions and even trillions without a second thought? It’s chicken feed! Besides, all those gender diverse people in Bangladesh are counting on you for support! You gonna let them down?
We worked for that money; and I don’t believe the crowd in D.C. respects that. Do you?

I’ve heard that DOGE has been finding massive waste, everywhere they have looked. Could this mean that there would be a budget that actually uses the public largesse for things which benefit the citizens of the US, without unlimited pork barrel spending? We can only hope.

Sadly, government waste is almost unlimited. I’ve worked for a local government and for the Federal government and, especially, at the Federal level, there was a lot of room for improvement. I don’t blame my fellow employees for this, because the very system itself was a significant cause of waste.
So it’s an ongoing process that has to continue, and will always be resisted by special interests and politicians who want to bring the Federal largesse to their constituents, even when doing so works against the best interests of the country. I am grateful for any positive progress towards making things better.
Our local gov’t of City Directors has applied for grants the Biden Ad was handing out like candy – and of course they are full of DEI strings and a future enslavement to debt. Our City Elders group organized opposition, and we did see the City Administrator fired, but the grants kept being approved 4-3. Now that we have a new sheriff in Trump all those sugar-coated grants have been frozen – Yay & Amen.
