‘How Deep the Father’s Love For Us’

What say we start with a hymn by Fernando Ortega? How Deep the Father’s Love For Us comes with no frills–just the message of God’s all-encompassing love, and salvation in Jesus Christ Our Lord.

By Request, ‘How Deep the Father’s Love For Us’

Requested by Joshua, How Deep the Father’s Love for Us, by Stuart Townend. Sung by David Wesley–with a little technology that allows him to be a one-man a capella choir. Very nice use of technology! But anything that glorifies God is to our profit.

‘How Deep the Father’s Love For Us’

This gorgeous hymn by Stuart Townend (1995–but that doesn’t seem that long ago!) is well-served here by King’s Kaleidoscope.

And we’re open for hymn requests today… as we approach Easter.

By Request, ‘How Deep the Father’s Love for Us’

Ah, a hymn request! This one from Joshua–How Deep the Father’s Love for Us, by GLAD.

I wish to ease up on nooze this weekend, so that leaves more space for hymn requests. So step right up and don’t be shy!

By Request, ‘How Deep the Father’s Love For Us’

Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the children of God… 1 John 3:1

Requested by Susan: How Deep the Father’s Love for Us, written by Stuart Townend, performed by Worship Mob. “His wounds have paid my ransom”: think about that. Everybody think about that.

‘How Deep the Father’s Love For Us’

Susan, I can’t be sure this is exactly the hymn/worship song you wanted–but at any rate it’s pretty good! Austin Stone sings How Deep the Father’s Love For Us, and it stirs up his audience with love for God the Father, Christ the Son. “His wounds have paid my ransom.” Amen.

It’s a good thing to see people stirred up for God. There ought to be a bit more of it.

By Request, ‘How Deep the Father’s Love for Us’

Susan asked for this: Fernando Ortega performing How Deep the Father’s Love for Us. It never hurts to be reminded of that! Especially in this insane and evil age.

In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world (John 16:33)

By Request, ‘How Deep the Father’s Love for Us’

Stuart Townsend and the Stoneleight Worship Band with How Deep the Father’s Love for Us, by reader request–and there go the waterworks. I never heard this beautiful hymn before, and it went to my heart.

“My sin upon His shoulders”–this is the core of our faith. This song has its lyrics deeply embedded in the Scriptures. Read ’em and see!
