Y’know what’s cool about animals? That they really do have unique minds of their own, each and every one of them. It’s fun trying to get at what they’re thinking–fun, but not always doable. It’s obvious the dog enjoys the jacuzzi, and the cat enjoys “helping” Daddy do his paperwork. But wait’ll you try to figure out reptiles.
Wasn’t God good, to give us pets? Would we have thought of that, if we’d been creating the heavens and the earth? Actually, I’m very thankful He did the job Himself!
I think I might have posted this once before, but it’s still funny. Here are some cats, dogs, and birds in need of attitude adjustments. Tally-ho!
Puppies and kittens, dogs and cats–lots of huggable moments in this video. Sorry I couldn’t get one with hamsters and iguanas in it, too, but them’s the breaks.

Why do they do this–jam themselves into really tight spaces? These cats and dogs are crazy.
And how come you never see videos of how they get out of these incredibly constricted spaces? We always see the cat going head-first into the glass ball half his size. So let’s see how he gets out!

Hey! You think those Buckingham Palace guards, with the red coats and the big hats, are experts at making like you aren’t there? Well, they learned it from cats!
But cats don’t just ignore you and me. They can ignore anybody. Watch this really quite cute little puppy try to get a rise out of this cat. He’d have better luck with a birdbath. My cat Robbie is a genuine whiz at acting like you’re not talking to her. (P.S.–She’s getting so much better, thanks for your prayers.
They can’t ignore your opening the food cabinet, though. The puppy should have tried that.

Animals can have embarrassing moments, too. See the poor tortoise trying to mate with a flip-flop. (To Linda: Notice this turtle vocalizes! Just like yours.) The cat who hasn’t quite mastered the art of unrolling a roll of toilet paper. The dog who honestly doesn’t want to fetch the ball out of the water. (Maybe he just saw Jaws.) Anyway, here they are–with all their charm intact.
Cats and dogs and birds–they’ve got their eyes on you. Don’t even think about getting away with anything. If other people watched us this intently, we’d get nervous about it. But I guess these little fuzzy fellows only do it ’cause they have inquiring minds or something.
