Baby goats–sweet, aren’t they? See, we don’t just do cats and dogs around here. Wouldn’t you like to play with some of these little characters? They look like they can really get into the spirit of it.
I admit that “glamorous” is probably not the right word to apply to goats of any age. I thought it might make for a catchy headline.
For those of you for whom the goose video was too intense, here’s something much more quiescent. Note the kitten who wants to sleep in the hay, which is, inconveniently, the goats’ dinner. But nobody gets mad, everything’s peaceful and benign.
If this were a Freddy the Pig book, after the filming, they’d get together to start a barnyard newspaper or something.
Baby goats just love to have fun, but cats are world-class experts at ignoring you. Sort of “irresistible force meets immovable object.” I’ve never played with a baby goat, although I’d love to; but I have been ignored by cats.
Watch this chihuahua puppy try to imitate her friends, a couple of baby goats. With her tail going a mile a minute, eventually she gets the idea–It’s dullsville to walk, baby: you gotta jump!
Hmmm… It occurs to me that this is why public school doesn’t work: too many kids imitating other kids. But that wouldn’t hurt them if they were as innocent as animals.
This puppy could grow up to be a very interesting dog.
The news is bumming me out today. How about some of God’s stuff instead?
If the frisky baby goats in this video can’t put a smile on your face, I don’t know what can–with some puppies thrown in for good measure.
The Lord has a lot of ways to comfort us… including baby animals.
