New Yorker suspends Jeffrey Toobin for showing penis during Zoom call

When old Jeffrey Toobin goes boob-boob-boobin’ along, along,/

There will be no shirkin’ but plenty of jerkin’ my dong, my dong…

This is our ruling class. These are the persons who get to decide what kind of country we have.

Jeffrey Toobin–The New Yorker writer, CNN legal analyst, talking-head guest on many a cable TV and radio show, big wheel–has been suspending for masturbating on camera during a Zoom call (https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/10/update-wasnt-just-exposing-cnn-legal-analyst-jeffrey-tobin-suspended-masturbating-zoom-call/).. in front of people. It was an editorial conference, preparing for the next presidential debate.

Toobin said he made “a mistake.” What–was he fishing for his car keys? Naw–he just thought he wasn’t on camera at the moment. Could happen to anybody.

The most tragic thing of all would be if America were to emerge from the coronavirus scare without having learned anything from it.

Three Lessons That Must Be Learned

This column only begins to scratch the surface. There are lots of lessons here, all of them important. Socialism’s like this all the time–do we really want socialism? How badly do we need the transgender movement? Do we want to be governed, and told the “news” by, persons who fervently admire Red China and want us to be more like them? Do we let liberals get away with blatantly trying to make political capital out of this mess?

And just how badly do we want to keep the ruling class we’ve got?

Wells Fargo and ‘Transgender Pride’

So now we’ve got a transgender flag. Isn’t that freakin’ wonderful?

There’s almost nothing that can be said about this story: Wells Fargo lights up its big office building in Charlotte, NC, in support of “transgender pride,” with the colors of some “transgender flag” ( http://www.sfgate.com/news/article/transgender-flag-Wells-Fargo-North-Carolina-7227279.php ).

A Christian friend of mine advises me to ignore stuff like this. “It’s not the Christian’s job to stop the tidal wave,” he said. “Just tell people there’s a way they can get out of it.”

That may be. But my heart is lacerated with shame for my country, and burdened with a fear of God’s wrath.
