I know there are dreadful things happening all over this fallen world, and that a cat bouncing himself off the wall isn’t one of them. Our cat Buster could’ve gotten a Nobel Prize for that… if they gave one for bounding off the wall.

I’m trying to write, and Patty’s listening to true crime videos–guy cuts off someone’s head and stuffs it in a suitcase. And I cry out, “This is what you listen to, to cheer up???” She dissolves in helpless laughter. Nothing else to do!
So let’s try this: cat cuddling with an uncountable gaggle of ducklings, and two bunnies want in on it.

Tappin’ with Tapirs
I always thought these were really cool animals–tapirs. Related to horses and rhinos, there’s really nothing else quite like them. I wanted one for a pet when I was six years old. These are South American tapirs. The ones in Malaysia are two-tone, black and white.

This day has been just awful–and horribly hot, too. Maybe some icy video will help restore my sanity.
Here we have dogs and cats taking on icy surfaces and not faring any better than us humans. Probably you need six legs; but ice and insects don’t mix well.
