Should non-citizens be allowed to vote in America’s elections?

You’d think the obvious answer would be, “Of course not! What’s the matter with you?” But they put it to a vote in Congress a few days ago… and 148 Democrats voted against a move to repeal a 2022 act that let non-citizens vote in Washington D.C.’s elections (https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/06/house-passes-bill-repeal-d-c-law-allowing/).

Still, they found 56 Dems willing to put a stop to the nonsense, along with 266 Republicans. Democrats stopped earlier efforts to repeal the act… but they’re not the majority party anymore.

Let’s pray they never are again. Can you imagine an America in which anyone in the world can vote in our elections?

Enigmas of Cave Art

Why would any artist, or group of artists, climb through long, twisting underground passages to find a rock wall to decorate with their paintings? How much light could their lamps and torches provide? How many members of the community ever got to see those paintings?

And why are these pictures–from tens of thousands of years ago–every bit as well-executed as current modern paintings.? Bulls, mammoths, horses, reindeer, lions: the unknown artists’ mastery is astounding.

Thousands of self-portraits of… hands. What was that about–“Kilroy was here”?

Why are animals depicted so realistically, while human figures, if we see them at all, are mostly faceless stick figures? There’s nothing here that’s even close to a portrait.

Why are all the animals shown in profile? We don’t have one frontal image.

Were the paintings tied in with religious rituals? Were they expected to ensure good hunting for the people who’d produced them?

We don’t have the answers to any of these questions. I doubt we ever will.

One last question: Why were these “cave men” so much better artists than people who lived thousands of years later?

Is this what ABC Nooze thinks of as “fun”?

Los Angeles was Riot City this weekend, “protests” against enforcing our country’s immigration laws, troops called in, riot squad kept busy, etc. etc.

Now hear this.

An ABC “journalist” (LOL) called the riots “just a bunch of people having fun  watching cars burn” (https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/4321920/posts).

I wonder what he would have said if one of those were his car.

Federal government vs. illegal aliens: one of these will win and the other will lose. Either we have national borders or we don’t. And if it turns out that we don’t… well, thank the Democrat Party.

Liar, liar, the Left’s on fire!

So… Donald Trump gets elected president, and Target starts rolling back its “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” standards… And suddenly there’s this huge backlash against Target for “bending the knee to Trump.”

But at least a third of the “outrage” posts were… you already knew this, didn’t you?–

Fake!

It was “a master class in manufactured outrage” and “inauthentic posts” went up 764% in a single day, according to an analysis of “thousands of posts” by an Israeli firm, Cyara (https://nypost.com/2025/06/05/business/bogus-social-media-accounts-fueled-backlash-over-target-rollback-of-dei-report/).

How about that? People do not want Target to be drafted into a bogus public protest. The purpose was to create a fake boycott of Target stores.

Far Left Crazy never tells the truth if they can help it.

The sacrifices we make for Diversity!

Former Secret Service Director Ron Rowe has finally resigned (https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/06/just-ron-rowe-secret-service-after-female-agents/).

Let’s see… Two presidential assassination attempts (they’re supposed to prevent those), a couple of scandals here and there… oh! And two female agents getting into a loud dust-up in front of Barack Obama’s home (https://x.com/susancrabtree/status/1925628895665017114). The one was late for a shift change: that’s how the brawl started.

No, check that. This business started when Mr. Rowe’s Secret Service decided it needed way more Women And Minorities, period. Time out from protecting the president! What could be more important than Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion? So the Service concentrated on that stuff. Our president was almost killed, but what the heck? More where he came from.

What if some yobbo got past security and murdered the president while those two ninnies were pulling each other’s hair?

Democrats would defend them.

Not exactly a pleasure cruise, was it?

You put the nooze away and go to bed at night; and when you get up in the morning, you’ve got a whole new menu of bizarre and gross events that make you wonder if even the Lord Our God can save the human race.

Today, for instance. A boat full of dead bodies (I will spare you the details) turned up last week on a beach in St. Vincent in the Caribbean (https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/06/boat-11-decomposing-bodies-investigated-washing-shore/

At the same time, Sesame Street, children’s TV, is “celebrating” the dickens out of “Pride Month” (God help us), ain’t no such thing as sexual sin ( https://www.breitbart.com/entertainment/2025/06/02/sesame-street-celebrates-pride-month-on-our-street-everyone-is-welcome/)–and the sooner the kiddies start, the better.

Holy cow. This is what those poor people in the boat were fleeing to? Actually, authorities believe the boat was originally headed for the the Azores and lost its way. Somehow the passengers made it from Mali to the sea.

Mali is a landlocked African country currently involved in a civil war. It’s a rather nasty war. West Africa sees its share of those. It must be nasty, to make a perilous, nearly impossible ocean voyage, seem a more appealing choice.

Not doing such a good job of governance, are we?

Here’s the Horrifying Way Biden’s Inner Circle Planned to Run the Country if He Somehow Got Reelected (VIDEO)

[Yes, I haven’t had much output lately. Not that there’s nothing to write about: I’m just tired. The rest home wasn’t the least bit restful. But here’s a little something from the nooze.]

There’s been a lot of hoo-hah lately about who was running the country while Joe Biden was haunting the White House: in the words of one observer, “[P]ropping up a zombie president and run the country with a secret cabal.”

That’s about the size of it. One source says Biden used to get lost in the closet and had to be guided back out.

The point is that people were running the country who had never been elected to run the country. Biden was just there to be blamed if anything went wrong.

Some members of Congress would like to hold hearings on the subject. Like, if the president is out to lunch, he should be replaced by someone who is lawfully empowered to make decisions, and can be justly held accountable for them. Not some guy who gets lost in the closet.

There is no place in the Constitution for a secret cabal to be in charge.

So what happens now? My money’s on “nothing.” No hearings, no jail terms, no Democrats beating their breasts and crying “What have we done?” So they went around the Constitution and did things they weren’t authorized to do. They’ve done them and gotten away with it.

Maybe next time they won’t leave office quietly.

I’ve been missing my pets lately, including my iguana whom I had for 17 years. What were his kinfolk doing all the way out there in Fiji?

Beautiful creature, isn’t it? I wonder what they look like when they get much older. Our American iguanas develop strong jaws, and their colors fade.

Winding up in Fiji, though–that’s a genuine mystery.

British wackos are in an uproar over the UK Supreme Court’s ruling that there are only two sexes, male and female. They want to hang J.K. Rowling, the creator of Harry Potter, for agreeing with the vast majority of the human race.

But even more so, that sign in the picture caught my eye: “Protect Trans Future.”

Do Democrats like criminals and terrorists better than they like law-abiding Americans? It certainly looks that way.

They’re beating their breasts and howling at the moon, trying to force President Donald Trump to bring back a bad guy who’s been deported to El Salvador. They’re carrying on like this MS-13 thug was a regular on Leave It To Beaver. They’re trying to present him as a peaceful citizen of Maryland, a doting father, an unfortunate victim of yet another Trump “mistake.”

And they’re already calling for the umpteenth unsuccessful impeachment of the president whom the American people elected.

The thug, by the way, is a natural-born citizen of El Salvador who is in this country illegally. So, you see, he is home!

Heck, we could have a contest. Complete the following sentence: “This bad guy from El Salvador should be brought back to the U.S. because __________.”

Who can understand Democrats anymore? Are they even in the right country? Should they be in Cuba? Venezuela? Mars?
