What goes around, comes around. Which is why the same damned thing happens every time Democrats get to run the country. It always, always, always costs us.

Redistributing Poverty

So now it’s “Build Back Better,” trillions of dollars’ worth of government waste and overreach, at least knocked temporarily to the canvas by Sen. Joe Manchin’s refusal to vote for it. He deserves a statue.

All they ever do, “redistributing wealth,” is to push money around from one set of greedy hands to another.

Let’s pray that by next Christmas, they’re knocked out of power for good… never to return. Not ever.

I think he may have saved our country.

Far Left Crazy is furious with Senator Joe Manchin (D [really???]-WV) for shooting down the Biden Regime’s insane multi-trillion-dollar chock-full-of-waste-and-abuses “Build Back Better” scheme (https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2021/12/19/democrats-media-hollywood-and-never-trump-freak-out-after-joe-manchin-says-no-to-build-back-better/).

The normal portion of the country owes this senator a deep debt of gratitude.

We also owe him for this quote:

“My Democratic colleagues in Washington are determined to dramatically reshape our society in a way that leaves our country ever more vulnerable to the threats we face.”

Well, Joe, that’s that “fundamental transformation” your party was so hot to trot with, back in the Obama Dark Age.

Anyway, all the villains on Capitol Hill, the nooze media, and Hollywood are mad as hell at Manchin for scuttling their plans to wreck America. Unless you think “ballot harvesting” and ruptured borders and Critical Race Theory and transgender are somehow helpful to our country. But if you think that, there’s just no hope for you. Please leave.

Somehow that “Great Reset” slogan rubbed people the wrong way, so the self-anointed elites don’t say it anymore. Their new buzzword is “Build back better!” Like King COVID has given them the chance to scrap all that messy freedom stuff and create a statist utopia… with no more germs in it.

And I got to wondering, “Where have I heard this before?”

In the Bible, Isaiah Chapter 9. God has just warned the tribe of Ephraim and the city of Samaria that He is highly displeased with them and is going to make them feel it. But do they listen?

Verse 10: Ephraim and Samaria, “who say with pride and arrogance of heart, The bricks are fallen down, but we will build with hewn stones: the sycomores are cut down, but we will change them into cedars.”

You gonna punish us, God? Huh? Well, go ahead–and we’ll just build back better!

This is generally the kind of thing that precedes total ruin. This is the pride that goeth before a fall.

Too many of our leaders have no fear of God.

That’s how we wind up being governed by fools.
