What’s Wrong With This Picture?

David Horowitz, once upon a time a rug-chewing leftid, but now sane, has compiled a list of “The 20 Dumbest Hollywood Hatemongers.” You can probably guess who’s on the list. Hint: the No. 1 Babbling Idiot is Robert DeNiro.

One little thing jumped out at me. Except for only two, everybody on the list is over 60. One’s in his 50s and the other’s 49 (Alyssa Milano).

Isn’t that odd? Why are these Far Left crackpots so old? Aren’t you supposed to grow out of this stupid stuff as you grow older?

The authors have provided an abundance of quotes from Hollywood leftids. Life is too short to reproduce them here. Suffice it to say that these rich, elite dindles are unable to express themselves without profanity and childish threats of violence aimed at everyone who doesn’t bow down and worship them.

Gee, where are the 25-year-old airheads, the next generation of Far Left Crazy? Oh–public education’s not yet done creating them?

I do watch a lot of movies, but I have to say I’ve seen almost none of them mentioned in this booklet, the product of the 20 nitwits who starred in them. Is that why they’re so bitter (and that’s way understating it)? Is that why they hate us, and hate America, so scorchingly? There’s a lot of crazy talk among the oldsters who populate this book.

Our greatest weakness in this cultural and political war is complacency. We have lives to live, work to do, families to raise, and we go about our business while Far Left Crazy eats away the foundations of our country. No one knows this better than David Horowitz. His book is both an analysis and a warning. We really ought to heed it.

Leftists are dead serious about turning America into something we would never recognize as America. It’s not something we can safely ignore. We see it every day in the news. And they’re not going to stop. They have to be defeated. Mr. Horowitz doesn’t tell us how to do that. It’s something we’ll have to discover for ourselves.

I’m convinced we have to start by breaking down a massive public education establishment whose chief purpose seems to be to crank out more leftists and dumb down everyone they can’t use to make a revolution. We should have started sooner.

Let’s not leave it until it’s too late.

Far Left Crazy means to wipe out Christian America, and won’t let up until it does. The culture war is still on, it’s deadly serious, and Christian America has to win or Christian America dies. It’s that simply.

And never mind being “winsome”!

The time for that is after we’ve won a total victory and the Democrat Party has been forever consigned to the landfill of history.

David Horowitz: It’s War

I have to review a book for Chalcedon, Dark Agenda by David Horowitz, and I’m feeling overwhelmed by the weight and seriousness of his argument, and the mountain of evidence he cites to support it. This blog post is an effort to warm up for the challenge.

Usually when I read a book to review, I mark striking passages with a pen and dog-ear the pages that I want to cite. I think I’ve dog-eared every other page in here. Well, that won’t do. Think, think, think…

Horowitz was raised by Far Left parents and grew up to become an activist for their movement in the 1960s. When he talks about the revolutionary Left, he knows what he’s talking about. That’s why they ban him from the social(ist) media. He has left his radical past behind and come over to our side.

The book’s subtitle is “The War to Destroy Christian America.” The fact that “war” is the most appropriate word he could have used is what’s so overwhelming about it. The Far Left literally means to destroy and erase everything about America that makes it America.

Horowitz, who is Jewish, believes that Christian America is one of the best things that ever happened to the human race, and that it deserves to be defended and preserved.

The bad guys aren’t kidding, folks. Radicalism is their religion, and they are waging a jihad against Christianity, which they hate with a passion that, for many of them, crosses the line into the psychotic. No debate, no compromise, no shared humanity: their goal is to wipe out every vestige of Christian America and create an authoritarian, atheistic hell-hole with themselves in charge.

No, I’m not exaggerating. Neither is David Horowitz. This book was shocking even to me.

The ancient Chinese sage, Sun Tzu, author of The Art of War, laconically described a certain kind of military situation in which strategy and tactical finesse don’t matter.

“On death ground, fight.”

Either Christian America wins, or Christian America dies. God give us strength: and may God fight for us.
