I don’t know how I missed this story when it came out last year–although the Coca-Cola Co. broke all sorts of speed records, sweeping it under the rug. But for a little while there, the company was telling its white employees, “Be less white” (https://nypost.com/2021/02/23/coca-cola-diversity-training-urged-workers-to-be-less-white/).

What does that mean? Well, apparently there are all these Virtues that People Of Color (POCs) have and low-down white folks can only aspire to–

And it would demean me to write up any more of this garbage.

Yes, it was all part of Coca-Cola’s “diversity training” program. What’s that? “Diversity training” is forcing everyone to have exactly the same opinion. It would’ve gone on forever if a whistleblower hadn’t exposed it. They even had a sociologist! Although she says she had nothing to do with it. They had a “course” called “Confronting Racism” in which white employees had to face up to what rotten human beings they are, etc., etc.

Exposed to the light of day, Coca-Cola made it disappear.

How long do we have to put up with this ****? Uh, for as long as Democrats can steal elections?

Are we in China?

As part of mandatory “diversity training” (barf bag, please), students at the University of Oklahoma are compelled to say what the “trainers” want them to say, in order to complete the course (https://www.campusreform.org/article?id=17627). For instance, your responses to questions must show total approval of all things “transgender.”

The Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE) has tried to reach a compromise by asking the looniversity to make the program optional instead of compulsory–well, you can guess how far they’ve gotten with that. The villains have rejected any compromise; so probably the only way to restore a semblance of liberty to the campus is to win a lawsuit.

Where is it written that as soon as you enroll in college, you lose your First Amendment rights? All of a sudden they can compel you to say what they want to hear? As if you were a parrot?

And I hope this puts to rest the idea that just because your school is located in a Red state, it’s immune to Far Left Crazy.

Defund the universities.

And stop sending your kids there to have their brains sucked out.

P.S.–More key words: Shameful. Degrading. Insulting. Oppressive. Evil. Stupid.

How about a little good news, for a change?

A professor of politics at Converse College, South Carolina, has kept his job after refusing to take “mandatory diversity training.”

Associate Professor Jeff Poelvoorde called the mandatory indoctrination “an assault to the dignity and intelligence of the professoriate, in fact, an insult to anyone’s intelligence and dignity” (https://www.campusreform.org/?ID=15739).

Three cheers.

The college had threatened him with termination if he didn’t take the so-called course; but when he stood up to them, they backed down. They must’ve known they couldn’t possibly win an inevitable lawsuit, and didn’t want to shell out for damages.

Could we have a lot more of this, please! Here’s a brave man who’s shown the way–follow him through the breach. “Diversity training” is garbage that has to be scooped up and thrown away forever.
