Still Can’t Reblog

I’ve just spent an hour and a half with the WordPress happiness engineer trying to restore my ability to reblog. Nothing doing.

The post I try to reblog, in its travels from my colleague’s page to mine… simply disappears. I just tried to reblog Kristi Ann’s Haven and the same thing happened: it disappeared. Meanwhile, her page thinks the reblog was successful. *Sigh*

The problem turns out to be much more complicated than the engineer first thought, so WordPress will have to get back to me on this. It’d be nice if they could solve it.

So, for all my friends out there who’ve been wondering why I’ve stopped reblogging their posts–I haven’t stopped. I’ve been stopped.

Sigh – A Post-Election Sermon | think and let think

If you’re wondering why I haven’t reblogged any posts from Christian bloggers lately, well, I’m trying! WordPress hasn’t been letting me do it. I go through all the steps, and on the original blog the message appears: the post has been reblogged on my site. Only of course it hasn’t. It’s been shot off somewhere into cyber-limbo.

I won’t even describe what I have to do now to get a post published. And I’d better hurry up with this one!

I hope this computer isn’t going mad again. I just tried to reblog a post from our friend SlimJim’s Domain for Truth blog. On his page it says I was successful. But on my page, no sign of it. Where did it go?

I tried to do it over, but all I got was a statement that I’d already done it–when of course I hadn’t, because if I had, it ought to be there.
