Canada AG: No Right to Own Private Property

What happened to the… I believe they used to called it “the Free World”? It seems to have disappeared while I was looking somewhere else.

Dig Canada. Their attorney general says there is “no absolute right to own private property” (https://foxmetronews.com/news/canadian-attorney-general-announces-citizens-do-not-have-the-absolute-right-to-own-private-property-video/).

Or, as Klaus Schwab and his merry minions at the World Economic Forum say, “You will own nothing and you will be happy” (Sessue Hayakawa in Bridge Over the River Kwai: “Be happy in your work”).

AG and (LOL!) “Justice Minister” David Lametti was speaking in connection with a proposal to confiscate every Canadian’s firearms. From there he soared right up into confiscating everything. Hey, if you don’t own it, you can’t keep it!

No private property. Wow. Suddenly we’re back in the Soviet Union, circa 1930.

Your house, your car, the shirt off your back–if it’s not your property, whose is it?

I’d love to know the answer to that question.

School Boards Assn. Admits Colluding with White House Against Parents

Parents, pols slam FBI probe into CRT-related harassment in schools

Just so you know…

The National School Boards Assn. has admitted colluding with “senior White House officials” to draft a now-infamous letter to “President” Joe Biden–which the government used to justify sending FBI agents to local school board meeting to spy on parents (https://miamistandard.news/2022/05/21/national-school-boards-association-admits-to-colluding-with-biden-administration-on-domestic-terrorism-letter/).

Why spy on parents? Because the letter accused parents of “threatening” school board members.

How did they “threaten” board members? Mostly, it seems, by speaking out against wildly unpopular and outrageous school board policies: most notably, continued use of face masks, reluctance to open closed schools… and the “teaching” of Critical Race Theory (“All white people are racists”), transgender propaganda, and “queer” studies.

So the NSBA asked the federal government to have parents who didn’t like their policies branded domestic terrorists. And the so-called Justice Dept. was swift to cooperate.

This news did not endear school boards to the communities they supposedly represent. After the story got out, 27 state school board associations seceded from the NSBA.

Now they’re blaming the infamous “Letter” on an interim CEO and saying only a very few of the NSBA’s board of directors knew about it. A new CEO disavowed the whole episode: “The NSBA does not seek or advocate for federal law enforcement intervention at local school board meetings.”

Yeah! It was all that interim guy’s fault! Honest, we didn’t know what he was up to.

Honk if you believe that.

My aunts had a nice collection of souvenirs, the fruit of a lifetime of world travel. I suppose we were lucky the FBI didn’t but them, too. Dangerous menace to society! Threat to world peace!

Now it’s eight years later and we know what the FBI gets up to–and it ain’t good.

Someone has to enforce federal laws; but it’s getting to look more and more that it had better be someone else.

The “pro-choice” crowd keeps trying to take away all our choices, Big Tech censors all dissenting voices–does anybody get a whiff of the old Soviet Union here? It burned itself out in Russia, but looks like it took root in the West. Here the tender shoots of tyranny are tended and nurtured by Biden & Co., Trudeau Ltd., and Fauci Inc.

So it seems that the glaringly misnamed Dept. of Justice is setting up a “terror unit” focused on “anti-government or anti-authority” sentiment. By which they mean anti-them and anti-their pretensions.

Have they forgotten how our country was founded? Maybe they simply don’t know. Let me clue you in, DOJ–the American colonies rebelled against both the government and the authority of Great Britain. We did not say “May I?” We did not wait for permission to set up our own country.

And the one that we set up, according to the Declaration of Independence, derived its powers from the consent of the governed. Do you see the difference? They, the freakin’ government, are the ones who are supposed to say “May I?” They need our permission!

But we seem to be drifting away from that lately, don’t we?

Yesterday was George Washington’s birthday. If he were alive today, he would be leading an army against the city that so unworthily bears his name.

Government and Big Tech are colluding to become our masters.

Give them your profound distrust.

The Real ‘Peaceful Protest’ Is Treated as ‘Terrorism’

“Listen up, you stinkin’ terrorists!

Justin Trudeau’s maniacal statist government is calling Canada’s truckers “terrorists” and has invoked the Emergencies Act and “anti-terrorist” measures–because the truckers, protesting COVID “mandates” and Canada’s not-so-slow drift into tyranny, have descended on Ottawa, the capital, and pretty much clogged it up.

Here I think a comparison is in order. Cast your mind back to the summer of 2020, here in the good ol’ USA.

How many people have the truckers… killed? None, of course. But Black Lives Matter and Antifa thugs killed at least 25 Americans in our riots. Which our nooze media called “mostly peaceful protests.”

How many public buildings have the truckers burned down, or tried to burn down? None, of course. But BLM and Antifa tried to burn down police stations.

How many private businesses, how many neighborhoods, have the truckers destroyed with looting and arson. None, of course. But BLM & Co. cost America some $2 billion in property destroyed.

The Canadian government calls the truckers “terrorists.” How many US Democrats, how many American nooze media flunkies, called the BLMsters terrorists? None, or course.

What action has been taken against the truckers? Anyone whom a bank “suspects” of using money to help “the illegal blockaders” will be cut off from all his money: no proof required, just suspicions. But here in America, celebrities and Democrat office-holders donated their money to paying bail for rioters and arsonists. No one talked about seizing their assets or freezing their accounts.

So what are we to learn from this? A lesson, I think, in leftist logic.

“Mostly peaceful” means “violent as Hell,” and a “terrorist” is someone who protests a public policy without killing anyone or burning down any buildings.

Truth is not in them. Ever.

How many of us have been “investigated” already? School boards don’t like it when you question them!

Now it’s right down to the local level: we are governed by people who hate us, hate our way of life, despise the things that we believe in, and want to “fundamentally transform” it all into some kind of hellhole.

Even our local boards of education!

School Boards Gone Rogue  

If we dare dissent from their Far Left wacko policies, our school boards sic the FBI on us, hire private detectives to dig up dirt on us, have us “investigated” by police–school boards! Well, they’ll do anything to protect Critical Race Theory, won’t they?

Somehow they got the idea that our children are their children, to do with as they please.

This has to stop. And pulling our kids out of public schooling, that will stop it.

Public education must die. And Far Left Crazy will die with it.

Australia: King COVID Forever?

Looks like no one’s going to the opera house.

Gasp! Australia, population 25 million-plus, just topped 100,000 “cases” of COVID, whatever a “case” is. That means 1 out of 250 people is a “case.”

Well, the government of New South Wales has some more stern measures in mind. They plan to “gradually” restore lost freedoms, Oct. 11-Dec. 1–but only for those who’ve been “vaccinated” (https://news.trust.org/item/20210928025122-5mqe6). [I put “vaccinated” in quotes because this is an experimental drug different from traditional vaccines.]

If you’re not “vaccinated,” warns the premier, you’re going to have “a difficult life” and suffer permanent “social isolation” even after the lockdowns are over. And they’re going to get the private sector to enforce it for them. That’ll fix you! By exercising ordinary common-sense prudence in the midst of pandemonium, you have become an Enemy of the People, like, forever.

How shallow are the roots of liberty! How easily uprooted is the tree! All it took was one new disease–very possibly brewed up by Communist China on purpose–with a survival rate of over 99%, to stampede the nations of the Western world into the corrals built for them by a globalist elite.

See how easily we surrender the liberties that our fathers and grandfathers fought for, died for, bled for. (“Yeahbut, yeahbut! They gave me a donut!”)

We can only pray that God will intervene, and save us.
