As we wonder how to save our country, we must not forget to keep asking “From what?” And the answer should include “public education.”

Bad enough our teachers’ unions are out-and-out communists. But look at some of the tricks they get up to in their classrooms: like suspending a child for “threatening” to use a magic ring he saw in a movie, The Hobbit.

I have revisited this case today as a reminder that our problem runs a lot deeper than the politics. Think about it. Did the “school officials” actually believe this little boy had a magic ring, which he could use to make another child disappear? I wish I had one that’d make them disappear! What kind of, uh, “education” would these schnooks provide?

And what in the world can we be thinking of, subjecting millions of our children to such a travesty of education? And that’s when they’re not “teaching” gender-bending and what a no-good rotten country America is, etc.

It’s not just our sins that have brought us to this point, where we have to fear for the destruction of our republic. It’s our follies, too. And our so-called education system is the biggest folly of them all.

When I went to bed last night it was 17 more states, and Arizona came aboard this morning–so now we have 18 states supporting Texas’ federal lawsuit against Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia for illegally changing their election laws.

The 18 states joining in with Texas are Missouri, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia, and Arizona (https://dfw.cbslocal.com/2020/12/09/18-states-join-texas-general-election-supreme-court-lawsuit-swing-states/). Ignore the “expert” tapped by CBS Nooze who sez the Supreme Court will never allow the bogus election  results to be overturned. They’re still pretending that it was real: and that some 80 million people, since rendered invisible, voted for Doddering Joe and his Democrat Far Left Fun Pack.

The Constitution gives the state legislatures the authority to make state election laws–not governors, judges, or secretaries of state. The lawsuit points out that the four defendant states ignored some election laws and changed others without the say-so of the legislature.

And why did they do that?

Because it was a key part of the Democrats’ 2020 Cheat-a-Thon! Part of stealing the election. Those four states have Republican legislatures, so the Democrat governors, judges, and secretaries of state never consulted the legislatures.

In New Jersey, shortly before the election, the Democrat governor issued an executive order “mandating” mail-in voting. The Trump campaign sued. The Democrat legislature acted quickly to enact legislation that was exactly what the governor wanted–because they had to! They realized the governor had no authority to change the state’s election laws.

The suit charges the states with exploiting the COVID-19 panic to justify last-minute changes to the election laws. It does not address the already massive mountain of evidence of actual fraud–phony ballots, overvotes, etc., etc.–the usual Democrat bag of dirty tricks.

Because it involves states vs. states, the suit will go directly to the Supreme Court–who will then have to decide whether our laws and constitution mean anything or can just be ignored whenever there’s a panic or a riot.

They’d Better Not Fail Us

In the past two hours we’ve heard some confusing reports about Texas’ lawsuit, presented to the Supreme Court, against the four states who illegally changed their own election laws before the Nov. 3 election. In the words of the lawsuit, officials in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin exploited “the COVID-19 pandemic to justify ignoring federal and state election laws and unlawfully enacting last-minute changes, thus skewing the results of the 2020 General Election.”

And yes, eight states have stated their support for Texas’ lawsuit (https://www.dailywire.com/news/multiple-states-throw-support-behind-texas-election-lawsuit).

There are whispers to the effect that the Supreme Court will duck the case, allowing the defendants to get away with stealing the election… because the court is afraid of ensuing riots by the Far Left, the Democrat Party’s pet storm troopers.

This would truly be madness: establishing a principle that the party that can stage the biggest riots gets to run the country.

If our leaders fail us–and I’m not saying that they will–and allow this travesty of an election to stand: well, then, we must not fail ourselves. We must not fail our country. We must never, never, never accept this mammoth fraud. Put the Democrats back in power, and they will bury our republic. And we’ll be on our way to becoming Venezuela. There the people sat on their hands while Hugo Chavez built a wall of tyranny around them, brick by brick–and now they can’t get out.

This must not be permitted to happen here.

All Aboard! 8 States Join Texas’ Election Lawsuit

It’s illegal and unconstitutional for anyone but a state legislature to change a state’s election laws; but four states (Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin) changed their laws, this year, without their legislatures’ consent. And Texas sued them for it yesterday.

Since then eight more states have joined the suit on Texas’ side–Louisiana, Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, South Carolina, and South Dakota (https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/12/allen-west-seven-states-will-join-texas-scotus-lawsuit-georgia-michigan-wisconsin-pennsylvania/). Don’t be surprised if more states hop aboard before the train leaves the station.

The lawsuit’s going directly to the U.S. Supreme Court because, in allowing drastic changes to be made by governors, judges, secretaries of state–practically everybody but the legislature!–those four states violated the Constitution. And by doing that, they cheapened the votes cast by citizens of states that didn’t ignore the Constitution.

The more states who join the lawsuit, the harder it will be for the Supreme Court not to take the case.

And how can the four defendant states argue that they didn’t do an end run around the legislatures? That’s exactly what they did.

And they did it to put their Democrat stooge Joe Biden in the White House. They were willing to destroy the constitutional basis of our republic if that’s what it took to gain them power over our country.

Historically, this kind of crime got you the death penalty. Just sayin’.

Where Are the Biden Rallies?

Every day, all over the country, we see rallies, whistle stops, and car caravans for the real and lawful president, Donald Trump–for whom some 75 million of us voted, a month ago.

But we are asked to believe that sorry, 75 million’s not enough, Doddering Joe had 80 million (or 90, or 100, etc.), so we should just shut up.

But we’re not shutting up. We’re not letting Democrats get away with this, the biggest scam in history.

Question! You rodents say you got 80 million votes. Well, where are they? We haven’t seen any Biden rallies–we don’t count riots–and we don’t hear a peep out of you. Where’s the 80 million? Where’s the massive show of support for the Far Left wacko tag team? Why aren’t we seeing Biden’s supporters turn out in their multitudes?

Answer: Because they don’t exist! That’s what election fraud and Manufactured Consent are all about! And this time you can’t get away with having George Soros hire a mob of professional traveling protesters.

There are no 80 million Biden voters, and there never were.

This travesty, this perverted monstrosity of an election, must not be permitted to stand. We must not allow a phony consent of the governed to be cranked out of a computer.

Whatever it takes to put a stop to it, that’s what we have to do. You don’t get to steal the United States. You don’t get to smother our republic while it sleeps.

You have to lose.

A lot of people had to do a lot of illegal things to steal the 2020 election for Joe “For Sale” Biden; and a lot of people saw them do it and are willing to say so under oath.

So the Democrats have to find ways to silence them. A savage beating will often do the trick.

Gee, in New York they actually give the bad guys the names of the witnesses against them–and presto, voila, the witness… well, dies. Somehow. This may be why the patriots trying to save our republic are a bit reluctant to release the names of some of the witnesses they’ve found.

We don’t listen to claims that this particular witness is in the hospital because the COVID-19 virus beat him up.

Please, bear this in mind: If they get away with this, stealing the election, they will do it again and again, getting more skillful at it each time, and the people will never, ever, again be able to vote them out of office.

Democrats have leveled an existential threat at the very heart of America.

Good News for Free Speech

A federal appeals court in Florida, the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, has ruled that banning “conversion therapy” to get rid of unwanted same-sex attraction is unconstitutional (https://www.wnd.com/2020/11/appeals-court-rules-ban-gender-counseling-unconstitutional/).

The ban, said the court, is “content-based regulations of speech that cannot survive strict scrutiny.” That is, the government cannot force individuals or organizations to express a message chosen by the government. They can’t force you to say things you don’t believe in. Because–duh!–it violates the First Amendment’s free speech protections.

Conversion therapy, noted the court, is “only words”–and words are protected.

California and New Jersey, just to name two states that I know of, have banned conversion therapy.

Two years ago, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that government cannot lawfully force anyone to express a message chosen by the government.

Expect the LGBT crowd to howl and gnash their teeth.

So now we know, due to the work of lawyer Sidney Powell, that computers equipped with Dominion software–originally invented to allow Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez to ensure that elections would turn out the way he wanted–can flip an election anywhere in the world. We believe it was used to impose Joe Biden on America; but it can be, and has been, used to control the outcome of elections elsewhere.

Suddenly we have a de facto global government. Now they don’t need to set one up where everyone can see it. Now all the globalist elite has to do is make sure all the key countries are–ahem!–“governed” by their friends and clients. Why fight wars of subjugation, when modern technology can allow you to conquer countries without firing a shot?

“Dominion” is an apt name for it, don’t you think?

Far Left Crazy and its nooze media henchmen are enthused. Now they can control elections.

President Donald Trump’s legal team is fighting a last-ditch battle–or rather, a war–to preserve American independence. The chips are down; and to hear the noozies tell it, Far Left has already won, shut up and be… “governed.” By them.

But now we know what we’re up against. The curtain has been torn away.

With the help of Almighty God we will overcome the tyrants.

We’ve just spent a good block of time watching Rudy Giuliani’s press conference live on YouTube.

In a nutshell: the schiff has hit the fan, and we’re going to win.

What we have here is not only the theft of America’s 2020 presidential election, but foreign tampering in elections all over the globe. It reminded me of the Cuban Missile Crisis. It is a pivotal moment in history. It is also the most massive and the most audacious crime ever committed.

Without the fraud, and I do mean massive fraud, President Donald Trump won re-election by a landslide. An almost unimaginable fraud had to be perpetrated to create the illusion that Biden and the Democrats had won.

And our Free & Independent Nooze Media were willing partners in the crime–a crime against America itself, and every citizen of these United States.

Why were America’s votes being counted in foreign countries (Germany and Spain), on voting machines noted for their corrupt software and owned by Venezuelan dictators? Does that look innocent to you?

To say nothing of, for instance, a dump of 186,000 ballots after the polls were closed–every single one of which had been made out for Biden. That, said lawyer Sidney Powell, “was like flipping a coin and having it come up heads 186,000 times in a row. It was impossible.”

But that’s only scratching the surface. The president’s legal team has collected overwhelming evidence of astonishingly widespread fraud. Try to watch the video yourselves: there’s too much here for me to cover in a blog post. The scale of this crime will appall you.

This travesty of an election will be overturned.

The Spirit of ’76

When I was a boy, you saw this painting in a lot of different places: The Spirit of ’76. It celebrates the birth of our country. We, the American people, rebelled against the most powerful empire in the world–and won. We lost our share of battles, we knew our share of heartache, but we won.

Today our country is in danger. Wealthy, powerful enemies, unrestrained by anything even approaching morality, have attacked us from within. They have spent decades undermining our culture, taking control of our institutions and turning them against us, even turning our children against us, by teaching them, in the schools that we pay for, that America is a sick and evil country that needs to be “transformed.” By them.

We must not suck it up anymore. We must not tolerate it. We want our country back, and we must do whatever it takes to get it. We must not be governed anymore by thieves, liars, traitors, sell-out artists, and reprobates. We don’t want their Great Re-set. We don’t want them.

The Democrat Party is working to destroy America. It has stolen the 2020 presidential election. It has injured us, abused us, insulted us, and hated us more than King George and his Parliament ever dreamed of doing.

It’s time for this to stop. No more compromise, no more “reach across the aisle,” no more anything except a resolve to stamp out the Democrat Party once and for all.

Their arrogance, their boasting about their crime, their lofty words about all the things they’re going to do to us once they’ve settled into power–

They will re-awaken the Spirit of ’76… which has slept too long.
