A Christian-Bashing, Racist Textbook

Image result for images of by the people new us history textbook

Still waiting for someone to fill in the blank: “I send my sons and daughters to public school because ________.”

Hey, maybe it’s so they can use the new U.S. History textbook, By the People–well, some of the people!–published by Pearson for use in Advanced Placement classes (http://thefederalist.com/2018/04/17/ap-u-s-history-textbook-implies-christians-bigots-reagan-racist-sexist/). These are the classes for the really smart kids, and this is what is proposed to be their textbook in 2019.

By the People is an extraordinary example of leftid spitting and hissing passed off as “education.” The authors decry President Donald Trump’s “not-very-hidden racism”–as opposed to their own racism, which is spilling out all over: whites bad, non-whites good–implying that everyone who voted for him is a racist, or at least part of an “overwhelmingly white group.” Somehow 63 million voters get morphed into the KKK.

The book also taunts Christians and describes police forces as “an occupying army.”

Look, I don’t care how smart your kid is, or how independent: no one can successfully resist a non-stop daily diet of this poison. Believe me, I know. The whole time I was in college, I thought I was resisting the clumsy, heavy-handed stuff; but I was letting the sneakier stuff slip under the door and get to me. Took me 30 years to recover!

America’s public schools and colleges are working as hard as they can to get rid of America by turning it into something else.

Want to do a good thing for your country, and a good thing for your family?

Pull your kids out of public school and give them a Christian education! Either at home or in a Christian school.

Because our so-called “educators” are out to bury us, and I don’t mean maybe.

Canada’s War on Christianity

So when is a Christian school not a Christian school?

When it’s in Canada.

The Battle River School Division, an arm of the government of Alberta, has ordered the Cornerstone Christian Academy to “refrain from reading or studying any scripture that could be considered offensive to particular individuals” (https://answersingenesis.org/religious-freedom/canada-forces-government-speech-and-bans-bible-verses/). The pagan authorities singled out I Corinthians 6:9-11 and Galatians 5:19-21–verses pertaining to God’s laws against sexual immorality, and the individual’s redemption from such sins by the grace of God–as scriptures that must not be read or studied in a Christian school.

“That could be considered offensive to particular individuals”–what does that mean? You can only study scriptures that can’t be considered offensive to anyone? Does that description fit anything ever published? I mean, they’re banning the whole Bible, aren’t they?

This has been going on since the pagan Roman authorities demanded that Christians sacrifice to the emperor as a god. It is the same thing.

God forbid that we as Christians knuckle under to this: because it would mean the corruption of our faith and the poisoning of our souls. I don’t know what would happen to the school if they resisted the government, but I do know that they must.

And for those of you who think, “Oh, that’s Canada! That could never happen here,” I need but two words:

President Hillary.

Good News! (For Once)

“School officials”–a euphemism for dunderheads–at Beaver High School in Pennsylvania were in the news this month for forbidding a student to mention the name of Jesus Christ in her graduation speech–and she did it anyway (http://conservativetribune.com/high-school-grad-jesus/).

Moriah Bridges said, “I’ve always been a rule follower… But today, in the spirit of defying expectations, and for perhaps the last time at this podium, I say, ‘in the righteous name of Jesus Christ, Amen.” For which she received a long and loud ovation.

The school bigwigs don’t know what to do about it. They’re stumped. Like, it’s too late to make her repeat high school. Their position was that it’s “against the law” for anyone connected with the school district to invoke the name of Jesus Christ.

We hail and applaud this young woman for having, as the Apostles had, the courage to obey God rather than men.

We need a great deal more of this.

School: Private Conversation Isn’t Private

Our public education system continues to poison our society. Thanks (I think) to Linda for this news tip. (https://fellowshipoftheminds.com/2017/05/17/augusta-school-department-punishes-employee-for-telling-coworker-i-will-pray-for-you/)

In Augusta, Maine, a public school employee was recently disciplined with “coaching”–can these people do euphemisms, or what!–for saying, in a private conversation with another employee who is also a member of her church, “I will pray for you.”

Well, hey, hey! She was “instructed” never to say such a thing in any private conversation. Hello! Aren’t private conversations private anymore? Not in a public school, they aren’t. The employee has filed charges against the school district for religious discrimination.

Even more disturbing, school officials told her that she cannot use “phrases that integrate public and private belief systems.”

Whoa! Hold it right there! Since when does America have any “public belief system”? Has the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment been repealed? Did it happen while we slept? Who established a “public belief system” that binds us all? (“One ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them, One Ring to bring them all, and in the darkness bind them…” –Tolkien)

These people have got to be sent packing, before we all wake up behind barbed wire. Who do they think they are?

Wake up, O spirit of 1776! Wake up!

Oct. 6 is ‘Bring Your Bible to School Day’

Well, this’ll get the Satanists’ knickers in a twist:  next Thursday is national “Bring Your Bible to School Day” ( http://www.bringyourbible.org/ ). Bring it in and talk about it with your fellow students.

Sponsored by Focus on the Family, and with legal backup provided by the Alliance Defending Freedom, the last Bring Your Bible to School Day, according to FoF, had 155,000 participants.

Why does there have to be legal backup?

Because ignorant humanist “educators” think it’s somehow against the law to be a Christian, and certainly against the law to mention it to anyone outside the four walls of a church.

For instance: We reported back in June that the Desert Rose Elementary School in Palmdale, California, called the sheriff and had a deputy sent to the family’s home because a 7-year-old boy was sharing Bible verses with his classmates. Taboo! Verboten! This dangerous enemy of the people must be stopped!

After legal intervention by the Liberty Counsel, the school district completely reversed its position–now a child can share Bible verses with others, even on school grounds–and claimed that earlier hoo-hah was just a “misunderstanding.” ( http://www1.cbn.com/cbnnews/us/2016/august/school-district-oks-sharing-bible-verses )

So, yes, you can bring your Bible to school, you have an inalienable right to do it; and yes, the left-wing pinheads who run the schools are going to be upset, maybe even call the cops on you; and yes, if they’re called, rather than busting the school principal for wasting police time, the cops will come; and yes, you risk all that, if you bring your Bible to school. The schools love to have the Day of Silence to promote and coddle homosexuality, but they hate God’s word (surprise, surprise).

I’m not here to tell anyone to do it or not to do it.

But I’m rooting for there to be way more than 155,000 Bible-bringers this time around–way more indeed.

They can’t bust all of ’em!

Teacher to 7th Graders: ‘Deny God or Fail’

We’ve told you often enough about the public schools, but they just keep getting worse and worse and your children should not be in them.

The latest example: a 7th grade teacher in a Katy, Texas, middle school told her class to deny God or else receive a failing mark ( http://conservativevideos.com/watch-this-7th-grader-go-before-school-board-after-teacher-forced-her-to-deny-god-or-fail/ ).

“Religious neutrality,” eh? Sure doesn’t look like it! But we have told you all along that “religious neutrality” is impossible, and serves only as a fig-leaf for the schools’ ongoing project of indoctrinating children into anti-Christianity.

Go ahead, tell me I’m wrong.

Oh! And please don’t think that because you live in a Red state, your kids are safe in school. The same teacher unions control public education in all 50 states. Including yours.
