Is this a blog or a Biden rally? I mean, look at this–you could seat ’em 50 feet apart and still have room for more. I found so few views on my blog this morning, I thought for a minute I was at a Biden rally.

The noozies tell us Gibberin’ Joe is up 12 to 15 points in the polls–blowout country. Gonna be worse than what Johnson did to Goldwater. Roosevelt to Hoover.

Then you look at the rallies. Trump rally: thousands. Biden rally: lucky if you’ve got enough for a pick-up game of half-court basketball. And even then most of those are “journalists” covering the damned thing and “reporting” on JB’s unstoppable rush to the White House.

Well, look for those boxcar-loads of previously overlooked ballots, all of them filled out for Biden, to try to make the journalists’ pipe dreams a reality. What–we need a million votes? No problem, man–here’s a million mail-in ballots that we missed the first time!

So don’t believe your lying eyes.

“Journalism.” It makes me sick.

The once-influential 60 Minutes this weekend spewed forth an hour-long contribution in kind to Joe Biden’s Democrats, denouncing President Donald Trump for all they were worth (https://www.cbsnews.com/news/the-lincoln-project-republican-strategists-super-pac-trump-60-minutes-2020-10-11/). Which isn’t very much.

Yes, these five “lifelong Republicans” have endorsed Gibbering Joe and rallied to the cause of elitist globalism. They don’t care if they help Democrats back into power so they can finish their “fundamental transformation” of America into a socialist hell-hole. They have endorsed the Riot Party. The “Everything is Racist” Party. They don’t care what the Democrats actually stand for. All they care about is destroying Donald Trump.

How is this not an in-kind campaign contribution? How much would the Biden campaign have had to pay for this if it were an ad, instead of an ad disguised as a nooze show?

Democrats are threatening to do to our country what Hitler and Tojo couldn’t do with all their fleets and armies. Our constitutional republic is at risk. Because these people will tear it down. And these phony “Republicans” are in bed with Antifa and Black Lives Matter.

It’s disgusting.

With President Trump in the hospital this weekend with a touch of the Chinese Communist Doomsday-Plus Virus, spontaneous expressions of support broke out for him throughout America.

Show me a Biden rally you couldn’t hold in a tool shed.

Mr. Trump did come out in a closed car and wave to his supporters outside the hospital in Washington, D.C.–a move which has Democrats and their pet nooze media screaming bloody murder–but most of these impromptu rallies were just that.

Is it just me, or are Trump’s supporters more fired-up than they were in 2016? I know I am. And why not? This president has earned our support. He sides with the American people against the fat-cat globalist elites. Whether it’s lopsided trade deals with China that abuse American workers, stupid Climate Change treaties that funnel power into the hands of lawyers and bureaucrats, or putting judges on the bench who actually follow the law instead of their own peculiar visions of how things oughtta be, Donald Trump has been there for us. Now it’s our turn to be there for him.

But a lot of this is the Democrats’ own fault. Every single day for four years they’ve been out for this president’s scalp. No lie is too large, no lie is too small, for them to use against him. Their hatred of him is so thick, you could slice it with a sharp knife. They have made it crystal clear that they will do whatever it takes to get themselves back into power. Even if they have to wreck our republic to do it.

They are totally unable to understand that normal people don’t like riots, Antifa, transgender, gigantic tyrannical government, flag-burning, separate national anthems for oppressed millionaires, cancel culture, open borders, and all the rest of the De Lux Democrat Fun-Pack. Noozies don’t get this, either. That’s why you see “polls” that tell us Joe Biden is Double-Digits Ahead Of Trump!

As the election looms, the Far Left Crazy’s only hope is voter fraud. Meanwhile, their pet noozies do everything in their power to swing the election Biden’s way.

You know they’ve got dirty tricks up their sleeves, and plenty of them.

Don’t let them win.

I’m afraid it is, kid.

In a new Gallup poll, 33% have no trust at all in the nooze media and another 27% have “not very much trust” (https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/washington-secrets/just-9-trust-media-a-great-deal-33-none-at-all-highest-ever). Yowch. That’s 60%.

Only 9%–good grief, where did they come from?–trust the media “a great deal.” And 73% of Democrats expressed trust in the noozies. What does that tell us?

What we’re talking about here is a product that 60% of the public says is just no good, it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do, it stinks. How long do you suppose a car company would stay in business with numbers like that?

The noozies are paying the price for siding 100% with the Democrats and against America. We know they despise us. We are learning to despise them.

Are you ready for some nooze? Are you ready for some politics? But it’s something I suppose we must endure.

Now that Gibbering Joe Biden has selected Whatsername as his running mate, a gaggle of big-name Democrat women have laid down the law to Our Free & Independent News Media as to how they’re to be allowed to cover this candidate (https://www.zerohedge.com/political/we-will-be-watching-you-dems-put-media-notice-avoid-racist-tropes-such-angry-black-women).

Does any group of twaddlers have less self-respect than the American nooze media? They’re already 100% in the bag for Democrats, and yet they grovel on the floor when these DNC fat-heads lecture them about “using racist tropes” like “angry black woman”–would it be okay to suggest that her “anger,” like the rest of her, is phony?–and warning them that “We intend to collectively and individually monitor coverage… we will be watching you.”

Oh! And if you mispronounce her name, that makes you a racist. Maybe I’ll just call her Schmendrick.

I remember Hillary lecturing the media on how they were to cover her, and they groveled to her, too. Sheesh! Was it that long ago that Tim Russert had Joe Lieberman on Meet the Press and actually asked the guy some tough questions–so tough, that Lieberman got up and left in the middle of the show? Did that really happen, or did I dream it? Certainly can’t imagine it happening today! But in those days, Democrat Immunity had not yet gelled as a constant in our political life.

America will never be safe for as long as the Democrat Party remains in being.

I spent the weekend avoiding the nooze. A friend tells me that’s just sticking my head in the sand. I prefer to think of it as trying to avoid burnout.

Our free & independent nooze media want us to think everybody’s lined up with Only Black Lives Matter, you’re all alone out there, you must be a racist. They want us to think the whole country’s falling apart, so they show endless hours of video from a few Democrat cities that really are falling apart because of their Democrat masters’ insane policies and unlimited corruption.

The guests on my chess page are in full surrender mode: America’s doomed, bad guys win, nothing we can do to stop it, etc., etc. Crikey. We sank the Yamato and wiped out the Hermann Goering Division–and we’re going to get conquered by the New York Times and the American Federation of Teachers?

So I’ve been all morning trying to figure out what to write, my viewership is way down, I don’t want to cover nooze that everybody else has already covered, and I just can’t get it into gear. (I’ll take some hymn requests, if you have any!)

On the plus side, our two computers, having heard my wife order a new modem, have decided to behave. “See? We don’t need a new modem! We weren’t really driving you crazy with one problem after another for a solid week–that was sunspots!”

Oh… And the Surgeon-General sez face masks are “symbols of independence and freedom in America.” Y’mean like, say, fetters? Chains? A number branded on your forehead?

Ahhh…. Never give in. Never, never, never, never give in.

Nooze Media: Least Trusted

I want to get out there with my cigar and crossword puzzle magazine before it starts raining, but I thought I’d better report this first.

A new Gallup poll, The National Review Reports, shows “Every single group or individual listed in the poll had a higher approval than disapproval rating, save one: the news media” (https://www.nationalreview.com/corner/poll-news-media-are-the-least-trusted-institutions-in-handling-the-coronavirus-crisis/). The numbers: 55% disapproval, 44% approval. We are at liberty to be astonished that the noozies managed to score as high as 44%. Rather like a tapeworm scoring 440 on the SATs.

By comparison, President Donald Trump scored 60% approval vs. 38% disapproval (at Gallup headquarters there is wailing and gnashing of teeth). Hospitals had 88% approval. Even Congress, poor wretches that they be, managed 59%.

Only the nooze media flunked. Imagine finishing behind a Congress that has Nancy Pelosi in it. They need to find another line of work. Swabbing out latrines, maybe.

We don’t love them anymore.

There aren’t many fans of the nooze media here on this blog. So when the mayor of Tampa, a few years ago, cracked a joke about machine-gunning a crowd of “reporters,” a lot of us got a wee sardonic chuckle out of watching the media squirm.

Shoot the Media?

Three years later they still think we should love them for despising us and trying to transform our country into a socialist landfill. I don’t think anyone hates the American people more than the American nooze media, unless it’s the Democrat Party itself. But then the party and the noozies are pretty much the same thing.

I’m going to put quotes around the word “reporters” from now on because that word does not describe what the noozies do. Shilling for the Far Left, that’s what they do. Reporting news–not so much.

Can ‘Journalists’ Repair Their Reputation?

Mollie Hemingway at The Federalist warned her fellow journalists that “media must report truth of anti-Trump spy operation before it’s too late for them.”

She expressed concern for “journalism’s trashed reputation”–self-inflicted, of course–and declared, “The truth is an existential threat to journalists.” It interferes with their self-appointed role of enablers of the Democrat Party and leftism.

Ms. Hemingway, I have a question for you. Suppose journalists don’t report the truth about the spy operation or anything else, but simply continue to be in the bag for The Party, all the time? Suppose they don’t even try to salvage their reputation.

What happens then? What consequences do they suffer? Do people who actually vote for Democrats suddenly stop believing the Democrats’ pet noozies? What do you think would happen? I would love to get an answer to that question. Anybody out there, if you know Ms. Hemingway, please ask her for me.

See, my morale’s been beaten down: I don’t think anything will happen. We have not seen a single bad guy even indicted for trying to undo a presidential election. The dirty cops who did that, most of them now have cushy jobs as nooze consultants. AG Barr says he won’t even look at Obama and Biden and the parts they played, personally, in railroading General Flynn.

No consequences. No justice.

What do lying, cheating, obfuscating, confabulating journalists have to be afraid of?

Nothing.

For the past two months there’s been essentially just one story in the nooze, night and day–the coronavirus. And we get bad news and alarming statistics 24/7.

Fear sells. Fear gets ratings.

Worse, the bulk of our nooze media has a political agenda: victory for Democrats, no matter what it costs the country.

Military history tells us that psychological warfare works. It demoralizes armies and saps the soldiers’ will to fight. It can do the same to civilians. Mr. Brown wonders if it is doing the same to us. Ya mean it isn’t?

We have endless repetition of bad news, scary stats, all day and all night. You can get people to believe almost anything if you repeat it often enough.

Where governors and mayors have indulged in what Mr. Brown and others call “police state tactics,” the media has cheered them on. This is America, and we’re supposed to debate public policy–not just ram it down the public’s throat.

And on top of all this, Big Tech has been censoring dissent in the social media. Critics’ voices are not heard.

Our country’s founders deemed a free press indispensable to the maintenance of our republic. They never envisioned that virtually the whole media would transform itself into a propaganda apparatus for one political party. They knew the press would sometimes lie, sometimes conceal the truth, sometimes get hysterical. But they never dreamed the press would do those things, on purpose, as the means of achieving a desired political objective.

We still need a free press. But more and more… we don’t have one.
