Once upon a time, this would have been unthinkable in America–forcing people to sign a “pledge” endorsing a political doctrine that they don’t believe in. As in “Sign it or else!”

Thanks to our America-hating educational system, it’s unthinkable no more.

All over the country, colleges and universities are forcing students and staff to sign pledges of support for the “Black Lives Matter” movement, a violent Marxist revolutionary group (https://americanpeopledaily.com/blm-agenda-liberal-universities-forcing-students-to-sign-pledge-or-else/). Some 150 law schools have told the American Bar Assn. that you shouldn’t be able to practice law until after you’ve completed “antiracist training.”

Wait! Stop! Hold it right there!

By requiring Americans to “take a stand against racism,” the Far Left turns it into a given that America is a racist society. They no longer have to prove it: it just is. They no longer have to win the argument. “Given that America is this evil racist society, what has to be changed about it?” This is an illegitimate and totally dishonest question.

It is not a racist country. And we are damned fools for allowing ourselves to be cowed by a bunch of commies, and not sticking up for our country–and meanwhile half the world is willing to do just about anything they can to come to this racist hell-hole… gimme a break.

These colleges and universities are actively undermining America, and using America’s hard-earned money to do it, and it flaming well has to stop. Or are we just going to wait until they tear down our republic and turn us into Venezuela North?

Take away the money! No more money for these wretched people! Stop the funding!

Before they stop our country.

Why, oh, why are we paying hard-earned money to idiots and lunatics to (ahem!) “educate” our sons and daughters?

And how much are we paying out to clowns like this?

We probably have about ten times as many “universities,” ten times as many professors and instructors, as any civilization can possibly need. It would be a giant step toward sanity to close them down. Not all of them. Only 90% of them.

There is no excuse for” teaching” schiff like this.

I’ve finished my Newswithviews column on this very subject, and you’ll see it Thursday if all goes well. My thanks to Dave and Phoebe, whose comments helped me along the way.

The time to stick up for our country is now, starting this minute.

Far Left Crazy tells us “White Silence = Violence.” They’re full of schiff, of course, but with one thing I have to agree: no more silence.

No more silence while America is smeared as a racist hell-hole, no more silence while “Black Lives Matter,” a cabal of nasty little Marxists, claims to speak for the entire black community, no more silence while Hollywood and the social media and big fat corporations with more money than brains kneel down to riot and crime–and no more silence as academic pinheads “teach” that all white people are guilty of Everything.

Start now! No more lying abjectly on our backs while Far Left noozies pour their poisonous “narrative” upon our heads! And they can take their 1619 Project and shove it.

No more surrender, no more caving in, no more timorous virtue signalling. We know who the bad guys are and we know what they want.

Let’s give them hell.

Ask us if we care

They’re at it again–whining about having to read books written by white people. Like, the ideal physics textbook should be written by non-English-speaking Montagnards who are here illegally. This time the fun and games are at Notre Dame, which calls itself, laughingly, a Catholic university (https://www.thecollegefix.com/notre-dame-students-demand-to-read-fewer-white-male-scholars/).

Nimrods calling themselves “End the Hate at Notre Dame” (unless you’re hating white people, then it’s okay) want to “eliminate the violence of only privileging white scholarship.” See what they do to ordinary words? Suddenly “violence” has a whole new pseudo-meaning that has absolutely nothing to do with violence. How do you even have a conversation with airheads whose words never mean what you think they mean? Anyhow, they want to create “an initiative for organizing civil action against racist, sexist, trans-exclusionary, and queer-phobic structures at Notre Dame.” Which is supposed to be a Catholic university.

They also plan to “Decolonize America.” How would you do that? Send everybody back to where their ancestors came from? Or does the slogan not need to mean anything in particular–just more word salad from the loopy Left?

America has too many colleges and universities, with too many young people wasting their lives there and too many twerks and idiots “teaching” them a lot of ca-ca–and it costs our country way, way, way too much money.

Stop the public funding now. Before we “educate” ourselves to death. I felt several brain cells die just from reading these stupid “demands.”

Rutgers Prof: ‘White People Own Time’

It would be less disrespectful to us, the defenseless taxpayers of New Jersey, if they raked all our money into a pile and set it on fire. But instead they use it to fund Rutgers.

My old alma mater, the state university, covered itself with yet more academic glory a few days ago. A Rutgers professor of Women’s and Gender Studies and Africana Studies–you already know where this is going, don’t you?–in an interview on NPR, where else, declared that “white people own time” (https://www.thecollegefix.com/rutgers-professor-even-the-concept-of-time-is-racist/).

According to this racist nitwit, “white people” invented the whole idea of time, so that makes time Racist, I guess if you peek at your wristwatch to see if this broadcast will be over soon, that makes you a White Supremacist Slave-Holder or something. “But we,” she added, meaning “we proud African people,” blah-blah, “treat time as though it is timeless.”

What a load of crap.

Does this have anything to do with why recent college graduates have so much trouble showing up for work on time? That is, if they work at all.

It distresses me that money that I work for goes to pay this jidrool’s salary, not to mention spectacular benefits that real people who don’t work for the state of New Jersey can only dream about… and pay for.

Defund the colleges now. Before it’s too late.

Walter Williams Does It Again

Is this guy on target, or what?

Dr. Walter Williams, who’s been a college professor for most of his life, nails it again in his townhall.com column for the day, “Colleges, a Force for Evil.”

Williams tabs our collidges and looniversities as “a focal point for the destruction of traditional American values,” and especially decries their overwhelming “contempt for the First Amendment,” supporting his claim with a multitude of examples. He’s not too sold on our high schools, either.

Yo, America! We’re “educating” our country to death.

It’s time we defunded these institutions, which have become parasitic and actively harmful to our nation’s health.

I once asked a high school Advanced Placement class, “What do you think of a country that devotes enormous, costly resources–in this case, the school building and its maintenance, textbooks, salaries and pensions, and an ever-expanding staff–to teaching a whole generation that their country is not worthy of their loyalty?”

They didn’t know how to answer that; and some months later, a girl from that class approached me in the hall and said, “I just can’t stop thinking about that question that you asked us!”

You go, girl! Keep on thinking. We need a lot more thinking here–and a lot less college.
