Don’t you just love it when liberals who don’t believe a single word of the Bible is true, try to win an argument by citing the Bible as their authority?
They tell us that there is no God, and mock us and despise us for believing in Him, and at the same time tell us we should do what they say that God says–which they have, as is their invariable custom, snapped as the twig of a single verse off the tree of meaning.
We have permitted much harm to be done to our culture by listening to them.

Christians were shocked when Chick-fil-A last month caved in to Organized Sodomy and discontinued its charitable donations to the Salvation Army and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes–tarred by Big Sodomy as “anti-gay.”
But in point of fact, Chick-fil-A has been playing footsie with the dark side for years.
In 2014 the owner died, his widow died in 2015, and whoever’s in charge now wound up hiring this creepy little leftist to manage the Chick-fil-A Foundation–where he proceeded to funnel Chick-fil-A’s money to more Far Left groups than you can shake a stick at (https://www.frontpagemag.com/fpm/2019/11/chick-fil-put-obama-and-hillary-supporter-charge-daniel-greenfield/). We wonder, in fact, if there was any Far Left outfit that Chick-fil-A didn’t donate to. Daniel Greenfield has assembled a partial list.
In doing so, Greenfield writes for Frontpage Mag, Chick-fil-A has become “just another corporate leftist charity that lavishes cash on organizations linked to local Democrats and assorted diversity causes.” They’re going to keep it up, he predictcs, and “Then, before you know it, there will be a Chick-fil-A ad campaign about toxic masculinity.”
Bound to happen, for as long as Obama and Clinton donor Rodney Bullard is in the Chick-fil-A Foundation driver’s seat. He needs to be fired, and his works torn down and undone. Otherwise we must take Chick-fil-A’s betrayal of American Christians as a purposeful act, and find someone else to sell us fast food.
We have also learned to be extremely leery of any entity labeled a “foundation.” It seems they’re all up to no good.
We are learning that the Swamp is wider than D.C. and as deep as the pit. Far Left loonies have crept into everything, turning our institutions against us.
We didn’t know that, prior to the arrival of Donald Trump to the White House. But we know it now.
Draining the Swamp, after it’s had decades to strengthen itself at our expense, will be a long, hard, often frustrating job. But it would be hard to find a more important one.
We pray the Lord will equip us for the work.

Democrat presidential candidates say canceling a total of $1.5 trillion in college student debt will stimulate the economy (https://fortune.com/2019/11/29/student-debt-cancellation-plans-economy/). Instead of shelling out $500 a month to repay student loans, all these Stupid Studies grads are going to go out and buy homes and cars, etc.
So where does the $1.5 trillion go? Does it just disappear? Who’s going to wind up paying it?
Uh… you do! You and I and all the rest of the suckers who didn’t take out enormous loans to go to college.
Doesn’t sound too stimulating to me.
Wait a sec, I have a better idea.
Defund the colleges and looniversities. Stop pouring money into them–federal grants and tuition payments. Discard this preposterous idea that everybody has to go to freakin’ college.
If you really want to stimulate the economy, big-time, and save our culture while you’re at it, get the government out of the “education” business altogether. If we must have public education–really, must we?–return control of it to the local communities where it belongs.

Not that there was ever much reason to watch awards shows in the first place; but since they’ve formed the habit of haranguing the audience with Far Left Crazy booshwa, they’ve all seen their ratings take a nosedive.
The latest prat fall belongs to the American Music Awards this month, which posted record low viewership among their favorite demographic, 18 to 49-year-olds (https://summit.news/2019/11/25/woke-american-music-awards-sets-record-low-viewership-in-key-demo/). Like, if they don’t get this audience, they don’t get nothin’.
But gee, what’s not to like? Male dancers in lace dresses. The end o’ the world, caused by Global Warming–“No music on a dead planet!” ran the hysterical warning. Hot and cold-running gender fluidity everywhere you look. Do you really, truly mean to tell me that ordrinary dum peeple are not grateful to music celebrities for being woke and hitting them over the head with the blunt instrument of their Social Justice message?
Honk if you know how to make it stop.
Well, not tuning in at all, or just turning off the TV once they start in with the woke stuff–yeah, that’s part of making it stop. What if they gave an awards show and nobody came? Nobody.
But when did you ever hear a Democrat concede failure when only 20 or 30 people, most of them noozies, show up at one of his or her rallies? It never stopped Hillary, did it?
Nevertheless, tuning out or turning off is good for us, individually, and also cuts down on pollution of the airwaves.
Fun fact: Houseplants exposed to awards shows shrivel up and die.
I cover culture rot, which seems to be in inexhaustible supply. Poor America: we’re drowning in it. The colleges, the schools, Hollywood, the publishing industry, and a vast multitude of politicians–they’re pouring it on, day in, day out, with no time off for good behavior. Or even bad behavior.
It’s for our own good, they say. It’s “justice”–social justice, racial justice, economic justice, this kind of justice and that kind of justice. We’ll thank them for it someday.
But I don’t understand what we’re supposed to be getting out of it.
Where is the benefit, to the American people, in turning girls into fake boys and boys into fake girls? In trashing our country’s history, and trying to convince us it’s a hell-hole of oppression? In blaming white people for everything that goes wrong in anybody’s life? In convincing children, and adults who might as well be children, that thanks to capitalism, the world is gonna end in just 12 years? In herding everybody under 30 into grossly overfunded colleges and universities to get degrees in Stupid Studies, mountains of debt, and no meaningful employment prospects? But it would take all day just to list these inanities.
We are yelled at, we are protested at, we are denounced as “haters” and mocked as unsophisticated boors–and why are we expected to lap it up and beg for more? Where is our profit in it?
Worse, we pay for it. With our taxes, our tuition money, and our freedoms. We are expected to pay for it, and like it. And no matter how much of our money–that we worked for–that they get, they still despise us. They live off us, but don’t respect us.
Really, why do we put up with it?
“When you’re alone and life is makin’ you lonely, you can always go–downtown!” Just remember to wear galoshes.

A Denver businessman has been fined by the city for not cleaning up the feces outside his store: we suppose he can be thankful they’re on the outside, not the inside. He says it’s the city that’s not enforcing the law against taking a dump on a public sidewalk (and who ever dreamed we’d ever need such a law?), so why should he go out and provide unpaid public sanitation every day? A municipal judge will soon decide who’s got to do it.
We must ask: Can people literally not see what government by liberals does to the places they govern? Do they think what happened to Venezuela was an accident? Do they think it’s the natural order of things, to have to wear galoshes whenever you have to go downtown? Why in the world is the Democrat Party still in business?
Honk if you like what they’ve done to San Francisco and Denver and can hardly wait for them to do it to your city.

Now, I don’t have to convince anybody this was bad, do I? Well, maybe I do, or the shirt wouldn’t have been up there in the first place. What kind of moral imbecile produces or buys a thing like this?
We can’t keep doing things like this to our culture. If we do, we’ll kill it; and it will take us down with it. There is a reason we have no record of any civilization founded on total sexual anarchy. If such a thing ever existed at all, it didn’t last long enough to leave a record.
We didn’t get into this mess by following God’s Word.
Seven years since I wrote this, and I still don’t believe any of the conspiracy theories that have grown up around the Sandy Hook shooting. But by now we have a pattern: every time there is one of these incidents, the question that occupies our big shots is how to gain more government control over people.
Of course there are shootings. That’s our culture killing us back, in response to all we’ve done to it. And we, as a nation, are not willing to stop doing those things. There are now an awful lot of people out there who like moral anarchy and will not part with it.
So we set up these “gun-free” zones whose only effect is to advertise, to potential mass shooters, easy pickings.
We didn’t get into this mess by following God’s laws.
This thought has been much on my mind lately.
The church of Jesus Christ–not a building, not a denomination, but the fellowship of all believers who call upon His name–well, we’re still here.
Look at what they’ve thrown at us in just the past quarter-century or so. Live birth abortion. “Transgender” (a delusion). “Gay marriage.” And they want to throw us in jail if we don’t “celebrate” it. And that’s just in the Western world. Elsewhere on the planet, they’re killing Christians.
They own the unelected government, the “free and independent” nooze media, the Democrat Party, lock, stock, and barrel, plus some sizeable chunks of the GOP, the public schools, the universities, Hollywood–and all of this, in all its power and wealth and influence, is brought to bear against the Church. Celebrity power. “Science.” All thrown at the Church.
And yet they can’t close the deal.
We’re still here.
Be faithful to Christ, and He will be faithful to us. As He has been, and will be.
It drives the bad guys crazy.

Talk about mixed messages! On one hand we have “educators” and other self-anointed change agents doing everything they can think of to emasculate boys, even to the point of feverishly encouraging them to “transition” into girls. And drugging them if they won’t sit quietly at their desks all day.
But on the other, you have best-selling novels about young women irresistibly drawn to younghandsomefabulouslyrich men, usually devoid of body hair, who subject them to physical abuse and humiliation… which somehow constitutes a “romance”.
So which is it, feminists? Door 1 or Door 2?
Y’know what? I don’t think they know! Their position has become too incoherent for even themselves to untangle.
But really, it’s the same thing behind both doors–culture-killing foolishness. Either one is toxic. Both are evil.
Kill the culture, though, and it’ll kill you back.
