California Teachers’ ‘Cult-Like Experience’

I try not to get involved with nooze on Sunday. It isn’t good for my soul. But occasionally I make an exception because there are things I think we ought to pray about.

Remember when “teachers” enjoyed public esteem and affection? [two-minute laugh break] Well, that time’s over. They’ve gone over to the dark side. They’re the bad guys now, with nothing they want to do more than push “transgender” and Critical Race Theory.

“Teacher training” in California, according to some of the participants, has come to be “a cult-like experience” (https://www.shorenewsnetwork.com/2022/03/19/cult-retreat-like-experience-california-teacher-describes-training-session-where-educators-were-pressured-to-use-students-preferred-pronouns/) aimed at gettin’ the new teachers’ minds right about “preferred pronouns.” Which, as you would know if you weren’t a kook, are lies. It’s sort of “go along with this, or else.” Or else you can’t be a teacher.

Is this fallen world falling farther and faster by the day?

Lord, are you hearing our prayers?

Who is Indoctrinating Your Children?

Pubic education (let the typo stand) seems to be good for at least one new outrage a day. Here’s one from Eau Claire, Wisconsin: the headline says it all, don’t it (https://katv.com/news/nation-world/school-district-says-parents-are-not-entitled-to-know-gender-identity-of-their-kids-wisconsin-eau-claire-parents-defending-education-erika-sanzi-trans-pronouncs). “Parents ‘not entitled’ to know kids’ gender identity, school district says”.

Yee-hah.

See, “Our priority is supporting the student,” says the gasbag speaking for the school district.” As for parents, “If their child should decide to change their [should be “his” or “her”–note the lousy grammar] gender identity at school…”

Well, then! School officials have no alternative but to deceive the child’s parents! That’s because normal parents who don’t want perverted pedagogues indoctrinating their kiddies–well, they just haven’t “earned” the school district’s trust.

Gee. Do you think it might just be possible that eventually parents will, um, notice something a bit peculiar going on with their son or daughter? Think they might someday put two and two together?

But by then it might be too late.

This is profoundly evil. It comes to us from the depths of Hell. We cannot and must not tolerate it.

Homeschooling, homeschooling neighborhood co-ops, Christian school–practically anything is better than leaving children to the bizarre ambitions of Far Left teachers’ unions.

This has to stop. The American people must put a stop to it.

Good News: School ‘Equity’ Policy Nixed by Federal Judge

Not that anybody really, truly needed a judge to tell us so, but as of last week, it’s official: the Fairfax County (Virginia) school board’s “equity policy” is, a federal court judge declared, “flatly illegal” (https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/4046322/posts).

What do schoolies mean by “equity”?

Well, in this case, “equity” means that wherever school officials find any group of whoever “under-represented” or “over-represented” in any aspect of school life, it’s probably the result of [trumpet fanfare] Systemic Racism–and it requires “positive” racial discrimination to correct it. For instance, if Asian kids make up, say, 15% of your student population, but 45% of your Advanced Placement science students–well hell’s bells, we can’t have that!!! Gotta weed some o’ them Asians out of AP! And replace them with kids who aren’t anywhere near as qualified… so then you’ve got to lower the standards and here we go again…

The judge issued a summary judgment against the schools’ “equity” baloney.

That means they have to stop.

Remember–it’s only “racism” when we do it! When they do it, it’s “equity.”

Down with public education. Make it go away.

Biggest Homeschooling Increase Ever!

Since the pandemic descended on us, homeschooling in America has increased fourfold–its biggest increase ever. And that’s good news!

Tucker Carlson and his guest recently discussed the homeschooling wave–and they don’t think it’s going away. In addition to more and more parents working remotely from home, the pandemic “has exposed” the deficiencies in public education.

Parents don’t like Critical Race Theory, which Far Left “educators” employ to turn children into race fanatics (all white people are guilty, all non-whites are “oppressed,” yatta-yatta), they don’t like the schools pushing and promoting “transgender” and stocking school libraries with sleazy, unwholesome, filthy reading material. And they don’t like school boards mocking them, ignoring them, and getting the Justice (LOL) Dept. to sic the FBI on them as “terrorists.” And if all that weren’t enough, the quality of education received in so many public schools falls far short of adequate.

Without public education and its incessant propaganda aimed at children, there would be no Far Left Crazy in America.

Kill public schooling, and Wokeism dies.

San Fran Parents Vote to Recall School Board Members

Three members of San Francisco’s Board of Education will now be subject to a recall vote–they’re that unpopular with the public. Look at those numbers. With 25% of the people voting, three-quarters of them want these three characters kicked off the board.

Why? The reason most often given is a wide public perception that the school board, especially these three, dropped the ball on dealing efficiently with the COVID pandemic–especially, say some voters, pissing away time and money renaming schools instead of finding a way to get students back to class.

If the Gang of Three are recalled, the mayor of this benighted city will appoint their replacements. Don’t expect notably wise or constructive appointments.

The best way to deal with public schools is to pull the children out of public schools.

Rooting Out Parents as ‘Terrorists’

Rub-a-dub-dub, three fascists in a tub!

It’s all one big, happy family, isn’t it? Dept. of Education wants a letter to be written, alleging “terrorist threats” from parents who attend school board meetings to object to school policies–so they ask the National School Boards Association to write such a letter and present it to the Justice Dept. And once the Justice Dept. has what they can call a plea for help from school boards nationwide… they can sic the FBI on parents. Yes, parents (https://thepostmillennial.com/nsba-head-dojs-plans-parents-memo).

That’s how it’s done, son!

Well, the School Boards Assn. CEO who wrote the letter–without, they say, consulting his board of directors–is gone, resigned in disgrace, and more than half the states who were members a year ago have severed their connections with the NSBA.

And we know now, beyond a doubt, that the “educators” and bureaucrats and teachers’ unions that run our public schools… despise and hate the public. They have no respect for us at all. They just scarf up our money in taxes. We now know the steps by which FBI spies were directed to spy on parents who spoke up at local school board meetings.

All for the sake of Critical Race Theory (“all whites are evil,” etc.), transgender, and really raunchy stuff for the school libraries.

I pray for the day American parents pull their children out of public school by the tens of millions–and for good.

Columbo always used to ask about “just one more thing.” I have several things to ask about today.

Just askin’, ma’am.

*Did I mis-hear an ad on the radio for a retirement community called “Mendicant Village”? Do you become a mendicant before or after you go there?

*The more they yap about “income inequality” and redistributing the wealth, those wonderful global elites, the richer they themselves get. How does that happen? How is it that they’re all so fabulously wealthy?

*When will governments give up the special powers they’ve grabbed during the reign of King COVID?

*Is anybody still making movies?

*Why do we still have public education?

Ooh-ooh, here’s something that we really need! A new sex education textbook for kids aged 9-13, featuring “cute illustrations” and “diverse characters.” I mean, a book is goin’ nowhere if it hasn’t got “diverse characters”! And of course it’s chock-full of sex education, from those sages at the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Only trouble is… who’s gonna be able to read it?

Take Baltimore’s public schools, for instance. (Take them far away?) A teacher has reported–and test results back her up–that 77% of Baltimore’s high school students can only read on an elementary level (https://gazette.com/news/77-of-students-at-baltimore-high-school-reading-at-elementary-levels-teacher-says/article_4b290ca7-1ac5-5138-85d1-9957678ec34f.html). And some, of course, can’t read at all.

School officials blame the Pandemic for their students being unable to read. Yeah, that’s probably it. We won’t even suggest that public schools waste vast amounts of time, money, and human resources teaching bilge like “sex education,” Critical Race Theory (you’re all racists!), and “transgender” drivel. Besides which–reading? You gotta be kiddin’. Reading isn’t Social Justice! Reading is… racist!

But how are they supposed to read this “You-ology” sex ed book? Good thing it’s got cute illustrations? And maybe 77% of them can’t read the hot, steaming porn they’ve got in the school library… but maybe Teacher could read it to them. Just before nap time.

Honk if you think public education should continue.

‘After-School Satan Club’ for the Kiddies!

An elementary school in Illinois is hosting an “after-school Satan Club” for children 6 to 11 years old (https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2022/01/school-satan-club-targeting-children-ages-6-11-illinois-elementary-school-sparks-outrage/). Parents are upset.

Oh, no (we are assured)–it won’t in the least be about teaching children to worship Satan! Why, it’s just another “educational program” provided by the Temple of Satan.

The school and its teachers have nothing at all to do with this, says the superintendent of schools. If they don’t rent out the building to whoever comes along asking for it, they’re gonna get sued. That’s what they tell us. We are at liberty to doubt whether this “rule” is equally enforced for all.

How many inducements to homeschooling do our public “educators” have to come up with? Why would anyone but a weirdo want his children “taught” in these schools? Just another “educational program.” And I am the Sultan of Swat.

Does this seem… suspicious? Holding secret teacher workshops “off-site” and with no public announcement, and producing documents clearly labeled NOT to be seen by students or their parents–does that have a stink to it, or what?

Oh, it’s full of the usual goodies! Gender “assigned at birth”–by whom? The tooth fairy? “Social Emotional Learning” (don’t ask!). The usual newfangled goofy pronouns made up by idiots. The “singular ‘they'”. And gems of 100% pure twaddle, like this: “It’s totally fine if your understanding of yourself [they mean your “gender”] shifts from day to day.” That doesn’t mean you’re cuckoo. It means you’re on board with the program. Indeed, it’s amazing how many “woke” and satanist cliches they can pack into one short document.

And it’s a secret! The defenseless public has to pay for it, but they’re not allowed to know about it. They just might sic the FBI on you, if you try to find out.
