School to Make Unvaccinated Kids Wear Yellow Badges

Hmm… let’s see… What does images of being forced to wear a yellow badge conjure up in modern history? Dash it all, just can’t remember! But I’m a school administrator, so I don’t have to know any history, do I?

A reporter in Britain has obtained a copy of an email sent to parents by “officials” at a certain school, stating that children who have exemptions from the vaccine “Mandate” shall wear yellow badges “to prove they’re vaccine-exempt” (https://www.newswars.com/school-forces-unmasked-kids-to-wear-yellow-badges/).

The reporter published the email on Twitter, taking care not to reveal the name or location of the school. Don’t ask me why she did that.

Tie a yellow badge around that old oak tree,/ It’s camp for me,/ I can’t be free…

Catchy, ain’t it? More than one person has asked, “Don’t they have a history teacher at that school?”

Well, hell, since when do we ever learn from history? That’s why it’s so full of repeated patterns. Nothing new under the sun, King Solomon said. There are people with an insatiable lust to run other people’s lives. Nazis, communists–and now those enlightened Citizens of the World who tell us Science sez we have to obey them. And now we’re back to yellow badges.

What next? Ooh-ooh, I know! Make the Anti-Vaxxers wear rags and go around shouting “Unclean, unclean!”

Yowsah: Taking our “jab” (I really hate that word) will make you a superhero. You will have the qualities of a superhero–one of which is “trying new things.” Like that’s always a good idea!

It’s pitched to young children who have not yet acquired the ability to think critically. “All of us want to be superheroes!” babbles a little girl. Then a bunch of different kids show off their Jim Bob’s Black Belt Karate School karate moves.

This is just one of many aspects of the COVID Jihad that I find sinister. There is no compelling reason to drag children into it. There’s not even a not-so-silly reason. But leftids don’t feel they’re really trying unless they exploit children to get us to do what they want. See any teachers’ strike.

We do not know what the so-called “vaccines” will do to patients, say ten years down the road. They are experimental drugs. There are no long-term studies.

And scream and rail against anyone who shows ordinary common-sense prudence. Anti-vaxxer! Racist! Terrorist! Anti-science! Enemy of The People!

Big Science + Big Government = Big Tyranny.

Michael Leunig Condemned For Cartoon Comparing Vaccine Mandates To Tiananmen Square Massacre

Michael Luenig, one of Australia’s top political cartoonists, has been fired for drawing a cartoon that likened Australia’s “vaccine” mandates to Communist China’s massacre of protesters in Tien An Men Square in 1989 (https://reclaimthenet.org/australian-cartoonist-fired-for-vaccine-mandate-cartoon/).

You’re not allowed to have that opinion! Not in Australia, where King COVID rules by decree.

Boy, I remember my college freshman orientation, 1967. The buzzword then was “dissent.” It was extolled. Worshiped as an end in itself–as long as you didn’t dissent from The Movement (some things never change).

Now if you dissent, you’ll at the very least lose your livelihood. When it comes to Pandemic Policy, there is no dissent allowed!

Oh! And of course “the authorities” tried to suppress the cartoon, but now it’s all over the internet and millions more people have seen it than would have if they’d just left it alone. But exercising free speech in front of these tin-pot tyrants is like waving a red flag to a bull.

So sure, bunky, you can still dissent! Just as long as you don’t dissent from the party line.

Florida County Fined +$3.5 Million for Imposing ‘Vaccine Passport’

“Not on my watch, sunshine!”

Florida state law prohibits requiring proof of having received a COVID shot as a condition for living everyday life; but Leon County went ahead and did it anyway. Seven hundred county employees got the shot; fourteen who chose not to, got fired.

So now the Florida Dept. of Health has fined the county over $3.5 million for its actions in violation of state law: no “vaccine passports” allowed (http://www.floridahealth.gov/newsroom/2021/10/20211012-fdoh-issues-notice-of-fine-to-leon-county.pr.html).

America is not Australia. Not yet, it isn’t. (Stay tuned for my next post!) Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said he would continue to protect the rights of citizens to make their own medical decisions.

The Dept. of Health has notified Leon County that a check or money order would be acceptable.

Democrats, who love all forms of coercion, are wailing and gnashing their teeth over this. I don’t feel like quoting any of them, so I won’t.

I hate conspiracy theories. Criminal masterminds hatch a secret plot and next thing you know, Joe Blow on the internet knows all about it! I’d really rather not hear it.

But all this COVID stuff–I’m sorry, but it’s looking less and less like a medical crisis and more and more like a dress rehearsal for a global government. All those mandates! A “mandate” is not a law, voted on by our elected representatives: it is a command handed down from on high. You will not find “mandate” in our Constitution.

This business looks bad and smells bad. It’s like they’re thinking, “If we can temporarily take away a lot of their freedom, maybe we can get away with giving only some of it back! And if we can keep the pandemic going long enough, maybe they’ll get used to being cattle-prodded by the government. Maybe they’ll even get to like it!”

I’m not privy to any conversations among the global government crowd. I don’t have any secret sources. I’m just telling you what it looks like to me.

History tells me freedom is fragile, there’s always, always, always someone out there who wants to take it away from us–usually so they can take everything else, too. The COVID panic was a gift-wrapped golden opportunity for the enemies of liberty.  They weren’t about to waste it.

Medicine does not insist on exactly the same treatment for each and every one of tens of thousands of patients. Medicine does not threaten people’s livelihoods if they don’t obey. Medicine does not make end-runs around the normal processes of self-government.

When I see the behavior of our COVID establishment, I don’t see medicine. I see politics.

So next month the world’s ruling class will have a big pow-wow (in Scotland) and try to decide what to do about winter. France wants ’em to “re-classify” nuclear energy as “green energy,” ROFL. Why don’t they just do the same for fossil fuels, and end the problem? But there’s a strong faction among the big shots that’s willing to see the plebs all freeze themselves to death as a human sacrifice to their pagan pseudo-religion.

Oh! And don’t forget those “unprecedented societal changes”! Betcha can’t wait to see what those are! The plan-demic has already given us a little taste of that.

Are Troops ‘Defying’ the Vaccine ‘Mandate’?

They aren’t toy soldiers–not yet they aren’t!

This is the state our journalism is in.

I see a headline, “Hundreds of Thousands of Troops Defy Vax Mandate.” Is it true? Good luck finding that out! Washington Post, for one, thinks it’s just “political division” that’s been allowed to seep into our “nonpartisan” military (https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/2021/10/10/military-vaccine-mandate/). Then you go off to the right and they’re saying it’s just short of a full-blown mutiny.

Mandate? You won’t find that word in the Constitution. We’ve already had more “mandates” than is good for us and should strive for their extinction. This is America–not some slavish European country. No kings, no dukes, none of those weird parliaments in which every loony splinter party gets its own piece of the government.

Mandates must stop, and then be erased.

Meanwhile, I can’t find out what’s really going on with our military. I find it very hard to believe anything I’ve read today.

That’s what happens when truth ceases to be a journalistic value.

This Really Is Disgusting

Do you really, truly, honest-to-pete want your little kids getting this for an education? Hey, tell me if you do! Because I would regard that as a great curiosity that cries out for explanation.

Do we not want to be free anymore? Are we content to be the globalists’ livestock? The main course at the teachers’ union banquet? I mean, really, people! This isn’t America, in this video. This is commie China. Yeah, this is how they do it over there in commie-land. To think that stuff like this might have some part to play in our country’s future is profoundly depressing.

Public education is broken. It can’t be fixed. It is owned and operated by very bad people with insane ideas.

Pull your kids out now.

(Sheesh! Does this whole COVID thing resemble one of those darker Twilight Zone episodes–the ones written by Charles Beaumont, before he died so young from early-onset Alzheimer’s–or what?)

 

Australia: King COVID Forever?

Looks like no one’s going to the opera house.

Gasp! Australia, population 25 million-plus, just topped 100,000 “cases” of COVID, whatever a “case” is. That means 1 out of 250 people is a “case.”

Well, the government of New South Wales has some more stern measures in mind. They plan to “gradually” restore lost freedoms, Oct. 11-Dec. 1–but only for those who’ve been “vaccinated” (https://news.trust.org/item/20210928025122-5mqe6). [I put “vaccinated” in quotes because this is an experimental drug different from traditional vaccines.]

If you’re not “vaccinated,” warns the premier, you’re going to have “a difficult life” and suffer permanent “social isolation” even after the lockdowns are over. And they’re going to get the private sector to enforce it for them. That’ll fix you! By exercising ordinary common-sense prudence in the midst of pandemonium, you have become an Enemy of the People, like, forever.

How shallow are the roots of liberty! How easily uprooted is the tree! All it took was one new disease–very possibly brewed up by Communist China on purpose–with a survival rate of over 99%, to stampede the nations of the Western world into the corrals built for them by a globalist elite.

See how easily we surrender the liberties that our fathers and grandfathers fought for, died for, bled for. (“Yeahbut, yeahbut! They gave me a donut!”)

We can only pray that God will intervene, and save us.

More Vaccine Weirdness

Hey! Maybe we can deceive people into getting COVID shots! Wouldn’t that be great?

So an ad agency in Charlotte, North Carolina, has gone into the reverse psychology business, creating a black truck, supposedly belonging to a “Wilmore Funeral Home,” sporting the message, “Don’t get vaccinated.” ‘Cause, ya see, you’re all gonna die if you don’t get your COVID shot! And that’s great business for the funeral home. Maybe everybody’s gonna die! The catch is, there is no “Wilmore Funeral Home.” If you visit its supposed website, you wind up reading exhortations to get the shot.

They want to trick people into doing that. Why not? We’ve already seen “free donuts if you’ve had your shot” and offers to pay you $100 if you submit to the “vaccine.”

All of this is unprecedented in America, and rather sinister. We still have no explanation as to why COVID-19, with its better than 99% survival rate for most people, has to be treated as the deadliest disease in all of history. We do not know why such over-the-top extraordinary measures must be taken to fight it.

I mean, people die from flu every year and we’ve never had an anti-flu campaign like this. I now know several people who’ve had COVID, and although they really were very sick for a while, they recovered.

Lying, fraud, and deception have become rampant in our culture. It’s getting so you don’t know whom to trust, if anyone. Are we ever going to go back to telling the truth?

But then truth is not a left-wing value, is it?
