NJ to Approve ‘Assisted Suicide’

The Democrat death cult has its claws fastened on New Jersey. They failed on Monday to legalize “recreational marijuana,” but yesterday both houses of the legislature passed an “assisted suicide” bill which the governor is eager to sign into law today (https://www.catholicnewsagency.com/news/new-jersey-legislature-passes-bill-legalizing-assisted-suicide-28830).

Wherever you find Democrats in charge, you’ll find laws favoring abortion, sexual anarchy, suicide, and drug use.

Our governor cites his “strict Catholic upbringing.” Well, obviously he’s totally rejected everything they tried to teach him. Boy, if you could ever find a way to harness liberal hypocrisy, we could get rid of fossil fuels the same day.

They pitch assisted suicide to us as humane, an escape from agony, it’s only gonna be after a doctor says you’ve got just six months or less to live–and we all know doctors are always right about that, don’t we?

They don’t say anything about “end of life counselors” or family members who hate you gathered around your sick-bed like vultures and nagging you to end it all. “C,mon! Don’t you realize how much money it costs to keep you alive? C’mon, now, kill yourself! Do it now!”

No fear of God. Like they’ll never have to stand before His judgment seat.

Green New Deal Gets… Zero Votes!

Well, there you have it: they tell us the world’s gonna end in 12 years and we’re all gonna die unless we do exactly what they say–and then, when they get a chance to vote for it in the U.S. Senate, not one Democrat Senator, no, not one, voted yesterday for their precious “Green New Deal.”

What? Do they not care that we’re all freakin’ doomed? They told us that we have to do these things! Stop all use of fossil fuels. Guaranteed income for layabouts who refuse to work. No more private home ownership. No more cars. They go on and on about it; and then, when they get a chance to go on the record for it, they all vote “present”!

Yup, that’s what they did in the U.S. Senate yesterday. Fifty-three Republican senators, plus three Democrats who didn’t dare ever to go home again unless they voted “no,” voted against the Green New Deal; and 42 Democrat senators voted “present.” In the same sense that a pineapple or an ashtray would be “present.”

Like we’ve been observing all along, the Climbit Change crowd doesn’t believe a single word they say: it’s all for consumption by the stupid masses. Our rulers mean to rule us whether we like it or not.

They need an attitude adjustment.

Anyway, they couldn’t bring themselves to vote in favor of their own Green New Deal that they invented and pitched to us as absolutely necessary as the only possible way to escape Doomsday.

When a chef can’t be made to take a single forkful of the meal that he’s prepared for someone else, think poison.

In the wake of one of their new, Far Left Crazy representatives spewing out anti-Israel, anti-Jewish comments, the Democrat establishment proposes to take refuge in “a measure denouncing bigotry” (https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2019-03-07/democrats-settle-for-anti-hate-resolution-after-furor-over-omar). Yes, they’re going to go on record that they hate “hate.” As opposed to all those other Congress members who are in favor of hate.

They could have censured this first-year Congresswoman, and even kicked her off the committee she’s on, but they didn’t. Then they were going to propose a non-binding resolution–I love those, they’re so gutsy–stating their disapproval of anti-Semitism, but they didn’t do that, either, for fear of being perceived as singling out the only representative who’s been making anti-Semitic speeches. She’s a woman and a Muslim, and therefor untouchable: two Cherished Minorities in one.

So now they’re going to take the bold step of hating hate.

Y’know, they asked for this. For two years after Donald Trump’s election as president, they’ve been pitching daily hissy-fits and throwing open their door to any Far Left kook who came along. When Antifa rioted, when left-wing hooligans harassed Republicans in public places and deposited the bodies of dead animals on the doorsteps of their homes, when a Bernie Sanders groupie opened fire on some Republican Congressmen innocently playing baseball, and almost killed one–while all those things happened, House Democrats never spoke a single word against it. Did they think those incidents were not hateful? Or is hate only hate when someone who’s not a leftid says it or does it? If you get the answer to that question wrong, you don’t understand the Democrats.

Killing babies as they’re being born–that’s not hate. Lying and cheating and trying to overthrow our president–nope, no hate there! Branding everyone who’s not them “deplorables” and “white supremacists” and “facists”–no hate there, comrades!

If we could ever harness Democrat hypocrisy as a source of energy, we’d never need another drop of gasoline again.

So now they’ve got a coven of crazies in the Congress coming out with all that crazy rhetoric, and they don’t dare try to rein it in. They created this monster, and now they’ve got to feed it: because if they don’t, it’ll turn on them and eat them.

Jones as King Lear: got a problem with that?

In 1973 James Earl Jones played the title role in King Lear in the New York Shakespeare Festival. Lear, a pre-Roman British king and the central figure in Shakespeare’s tragedy, was white. James Earl Jones is black. To which the world very rightly said, “So what!” There must have been someone saying he shouldn’t play the role because he’s not the right color, but whoever it was, didn’t get much traction.

Now Will Smith, who is black, has been cast to play the father of Venus and Serena Williams, Richard Williams, who is also black. If that makes sense to you, there’s a Democrat nomination with your name on it.

So now we’ve got a bunch of left-wing pipsqueaks that I never heard of, because I have better things to do than pay attention to them, yowling about “colorism.” That is a word I never heard until this morning. Something new to complain about! You can’t beat leftids for inventing new things to complain about. They don’t think Will Smith is black enough to play Mr. Williams. We are warned there’s gonna be “a social justice backlash.”

If this kind of racial nitpicking isn’t racism, then what is it–pure and idle brainlessness?

The Colorado “Civil Rights” Commission aren’t the only ones trying to dictate the content of works of art.

They must be utterly defeated. All of them.

Austerity for Thee but not for Me

If you look inside the crook of his right elbow, you can see a nice big juicy hamburger on a platter–just the kind of meal us peasants shouldn’t be allowed to have.

Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, whose name means “ridiculous” in Japanese, has famously told us that we “shouldn’t” eat hamburgers anymore, ’cause we gotta Save The Planet from cow farts or something.

Only she was photographed at a restaurant the other night, with her chief of staff, and her chief of staff was chowing down on a nice big burger (https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2019/02/ocasiocortez_freaks_out_when_photographed_with_chief_of_staff_eating_forbidden_hamburger.html).

What? It’s OK for politicians and their hangers-on to have a burger, but not for us?

Naturally the photographer posted the pictures on Twitter, touching off a storm of comments pertaining to Ridiculous and her hypocrisy. Like, who’s surprised? Like, who ever saw a liberal practicing austerity? And don’t go telling me John Kerry had a pretty plain and humble yacht, as yachts go.

So she called the photographer “creepy” for taking her picture in a public place, doing something she says we shouldn’t do, objected strenuously, and then maybe went out and had a couple of cheese-steaks.

Getting tired of hearing that from fabulously wealthy Hollywood liberals? Well, take a gander at the walls they’ve erected around their property! No one gettin’ in there. They really could’ve used these celebs’ walls at Jurassic Park, to keep the dinosaurs penned in.

The video shows the spectacular walls surrounding the humble abodes of Far Left open-borders Trump-haters Jimmy Kimmel, Chelsea Handler, Rob Reiner (he’s got barbed wire on top of his wall!), LeBron James, Jim Carrey, Mark Hamill, and Barbra Streisand. The only thing missing is towers with searchlights and machine guns.

Impassable walls for them. Open borders for you. What is this–The Hunger Games? MS13 may be able to get at you, but not at them.

Here we go again!

The kampus kops at the Looniversity of Illinois want students to report “acts of intolerance” to their “Bias Assessment and Response Team” so they can have “educational conversations” with the, um, offender until his mind is right, boss (https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/red-alert-politics/campus-police-want-students-to-report-acts-of-bias). Because all those “acts of intolerance create an unsafe and unwelcoming environment.”

So what are “acts of intolerance”? The kops explain, “actions or expressions that are motivated [here they’re reading your mind], at least in part [how big a part?] by prejudice against or hostility toward a person (or group) because of that person’s (or group’s) actual or perceived [reading your mind again] age, disability/ability status, ethnicity, gender, gender identity/expression, national origin, race, religion/spirituality, sexual orientation, socio-economic class, etc.”

Hello? Can anybody show me a college or university where the faculty and student body are not spewing venom at “white” people in general, or heterosexual white males, or Christians, or conservatives as the evil and despicable source of all the world’s problems? Holding “workshops” and offering credited “courses” on it? Threatening and shouting down conservative speakers?

“Bias Assessment and Response Team? I would like to report an act of intolerance against white heterosexual males. Like, the university is holding this workshop on how bad and evil white heterosexual males are, and teaching that there’s got to be an end to ‘whiteness’! I’m white, see, and I find this environment like really unwelcoming, and it makes me feel unsafe…”

Do you think the fanatics leading the workshop are going to be hauled in for “educational conversations”? Don’t hold your breath!

“Expressions” of “intolerance”? What would those be? Facial expressions? The term is undefined.

All public funds to the University of Illinois should be cut off immediately.

Why are we paying these little tinhorn Stalinists to undermine our country?

Marlene sent us this link, https://www.endtime.com/articles-endtime-magazine/sustainable-development-world-government/ . It’s a news rehash of the United Nations’ “Rio Plus 20 Green World Order Summit” of 2012, whose stated objected was to “re-make civilization.”

Was it you who asked them to re-make our civilization? I know it wasn’t me! In fact, I don’t think it was anybody–leastways, not anybody normal. Just a few incredibly rich and powerful horses’ asses who want to use “sustainable development” and fear of “climate change” as the foundation for a world government.

Here and there we catch them teaching school children to despise their own country and think of themselves as “global citizens.” Good night. This “citizens of the world” crap was crap in 1930 and it’s still crap today. It’s just old crap.

And we’re supposed to believe these orcs, that they want to protect the environment? Hey, come on over to New Jersey and see how they do that! Maybe they think paving it over and burying it under nail salons is protecting it.

See, they never, never, never ask! Ask permission of a lot of lowly peasants–when we’re The Smartest People In The World? No way!

They own the UN, the Democrat Party, a nice chunk of the GOP, Hollywood, the nooze media, the schools and colleges–and for some reason they still can’t seem to seal the deal. There are still a lot of us who don’t believe them and don’t trust them.

And there is still a God in heaven. He will judge them.

It’s all about controlling people, controlling every nuance of their lives, because We Are So Smart, we’ll be just like gods and probably better at it than God ever was, once we gather all the power–and all the money!–into our hands, and for their own good liquidate anyone stupid and evil enough to oppose us, and then there won’t be any more boring jobs and we can all have unlimited sex with whomever or whatever we want–

Why do we listen to these people?

If the churches had not spent the last hundred years or so collecting bellybutton lint, we would not be in the ridiculous position we’re in today. But while the church slept, the Devil’s servants were busy as bees.

Probably not the best idea, Attorney General Jeff Sessions recently tried to defend our country’s immigration laws by quoting Romans 13: “[T]he powers that be are ordained of God” (verse 1). Oh, Jeff ( https://townhall.com/columnists/michaelbrown/2018/06/19/quoting-the-bible-jeff-sessions-and-a-warning-about-whats-coming-next-n2492221). You should’ve just said, “I’m the attorney general and it’s my duty to enforce the laws.”

So now the leftids in the nooze media, and the Democrat Party hacks–please pardon the tautology–are having a field day with their new equation, “Bible = Cruelly Tearing Children From Their Families’ Arms.” And we Christians should all be ashamed of the Bible and ashamed of our laws and our country and of everything else because it makes us the same as Nazis or slaveholders or people who forget to recycle their plastic, blah-blah-blah.

Why do we even listen to this crap? Lessons in Christianity from persons who despise Christianity and Christians. Lessons in family values from people who despise the family as an institution and are doing their best to destroy it. Lessons in “truth” from the same dunderheads whose college sages declare there is no truth–only “your truth” and “their truth,” and somehow their truth always wins.

As Christians we have a duty to ignore such people, to deny them access to our children, and do our level best to get their favorite institutions defunded and discredited. Kill public education, and leftism dies. That’s a fact.

Don’t be fooled. All this Democrat tear-jerking and garment-rending has nothing to do with compassion. All they want is to flood the country with illegal aliens. They think it means cheap votes.

Don’t let their sob stories get to you. And if you’re still wondering what could go wrong if the leftids get their way, take a few minutes to look at what they’ve done to San Francisco.
