The Ultimate Science Folly

Their idols are silver and gold, the work of men’s hands… They that make them are like unto them; so is everyone that trusteth in them.   –Psalm 115: 4,8

Some people are spending way too much time with computers.

An MIT physics professor–are we sure that means he should know better?–says it’s “more likely than not” that reality isn’t real, we’re all just living in a simulation, “We are in a video game,” yatta-yatta, all that science fiction movie jazz (https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-6909289/MIT-professor-believes-likely-not-living-computer-simulation.html).

Even if he’s just showing off, and doesn’t really mean it, it’s not nice to say such things to college classrooms full of ignorant defenseless stoners.

The earth is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.  –Psalm 24:1

This is the next logical step, after all that “transgender” twaddle, in the rejection of God, the revolt against reality. We don’t just deny things, like there being only two sexes, that are real. We’re going to deny all of reality. There ain’t any.

Worship a block of stone, turn into a block of stone.

This prof isn’t the only one who’s saying this. A lot of folks took those “Matrix” movies rather too seriously: the ultimate conspiracy theory, I guess.

We were the last thing God put into His Creation.

And those who have rejected salvation in Jesus Christ will be the first thing He takes out of it.

Celine Dion’s New Weirdo Ad

Why do leftids and celebrities fanatically hate the created order of male and female, and work so hard to try to wipe it out?

I don’t know. Maybe they’re just evil.

Here’s a commercial for Celine Dion’s new line of “gender-neutral” children’s clothing, which we need because being a boy or a girl is a bad thing, don’t you know. As she says in her voice-over, the children are “not really our children, but just links in a never-ending chain of life,” blah-blah. So she walks into a nursery and blows magic dust that erases all that boy-girl stuff and replaces it with gender-neutral symbols in rather garish colors. Oh–and she supposedly gets arrested for doing this. In the commercial, not real life. In real life they don’t bust you for incoherent blather and bubbling idiocy.

The commercial, which I couldn’t find standing alone, is here embedded in some guy’s New World Order conspiracy theory, complete with Rosicrucians and Templars. And The Illuminati are behind it. There’s no such thing as The Illuminati, but never mind.

So again I ask: Why is male and female a bad thing? And why is it not crazy, not delusional, to deny self-evident facts–plain reality– while embracing totally loopy alternative pseudo-realities cooked up by college professors and Hollywood types who take too many drugs?

‘TERF’ Wars

Leftids devote massive efforts to making up new terms of abuse for those who disagree with them, or perversely refuse to live as “progressives” think they should. The latest coinage is “TERF”.

Now, I didn’t really want to know what that stands for, but my wife has told me anyway. I wanted it to be a kind of Smurf: after all, it rhymes. Well, the Smurfs are clear on this one. TERF stands for “Trans-Exclusionary Radical Feminists”–that is, feminists who refuse to call men “women.” Nor do they admit there’s any such thing as a “female penis.” Yikes, they won’t even concede that any man can get pregnant.

So “trans women,” who are still men even if they say they aren’t, are hissy-fit mad at feminists who won’t dance to their tune. It’s rather nice to see leftids feuding with each other. Maybe a steel cage match is in the offing.

I have never in my life seen anything like the Left’s fanatical push for “transgender.” As a revolt against reality itself, and against the God who creates and defines reality, this is an evil enterprise that’s poisoning our culture. It really must be stopped and turned back: God only knows how much harm it’s done already.

I shudder to think of what posterity will think of this current age.

Always trusting in the Lord to make sure there is a posterity.
