It’s been a very hectic day here, we need a nap. I am hoping these cats will inspire us. Although I remember a few lecturers who could knock you out in moments.

Mr. Nature: Earwig Wars!
A certain businessman once said, “I didn’t get where I am today by messing about with earwigs!” But he was missing something.
Jambo, Mr. Nature here–with earwigs. The ones in the video are bigger than the ones we find in our gardens, but otherwise the same.
I’ve always wondered about those “pincers” on the south end of a northbound earwig. All the other bugs have their pincers up front, like politicians. So having them where a tail ought to be seems an odd procedure. But it works for them.
These “cerci,” as scientists call them, function just like real pincers. They might as well be real pincers: male earwigs fight with them. I never knew that–did you? So, yes, an earwig could pinch you if you picked it up in your hand; but the damage would be so minimal as to be hardly worth mentioning.
Don’t panic if you find some in your garden. They mind their own business and will not harm your fruits or flowers. They won’t harm you, either.
God’s stuff is just so cool.

Waking the Giant
After he bombed Pearl Harbor, Admiral Yamamoto said, “We have wakened a slumbering giant and filled him with a terrible resolve.”
Has that giant begun to stir again? The cultural seismograph is twitching. Heck, it’s more than twitching.
Unusually for me, I feel strangely optimistic today. Maybe it’s because of certain stories I’ve covered, these past few days. For instance:
*Even in liberal Loudon County, Virginia, virtually everybody hates “Critical Race Theory” and has demanded it be cast out of the schools. School officials are reduced to pretending they never adopted CRT in the first place. Hardly anyone believes them.
*The NFL’s “Football is gay!” ad had to be pulled after just two days on the air. Hardly anyone liked it. The pushback was immediate and intense.
*CNN noozie and Democrat shill (if you’ll pardon the tautology) Jake Tapper has seen his ratings plummet 75% (!) since January. Stick it in your ear, sunshine! And overall CNN ratings are down 53%.
And now they’re muttering about re-imposing lockdowns! Here come da COVID variant…
I don’t think the American people like this stuff–do you? I don’t think we want to be ruled by wokies anymore–do you? Getting kinda tired of riots, aren’t we?
There is a golden opportunity for someone to shape that anger into a battering ram and bring down the whole woke enterprise.
‘Football’ Is a Pandering Mob of Money-Grubbing Parasites
Football is loathsome.
Not wanting to be left out of “Pride Month”–set aside for the “celebration” of sexual sin–the National Football League quickly whipped up a TV ad that proclaimed, “Football is Gay!” It’s also lesbian, transgender, etc., etc.
Two days later they pulled the ad (https://hillreporter.com/watch-nfl-drops-pro-lgbtq-ad-conservatives-lose-it-105382). To the astonishment of the Far Left everywhere, it seems “gay” and “transgender” are nowhere near as popular as Democrat zealots think they are. People did not like that ad, not one bit.

But then this is the same National Football League that proudly hates America and proudly kneels during the National Anthem to show how ashamed they are of their country.
Why does anybody still watch this schiff?
Just for the record, I think we ought to dispute the claim that “Football is lesbian.” Have you heard there are any lesbians playing in the NFL?
On second thought, we are probably better off not knowing.
How deeply, how often, does the NFL have to insult us before we find something else, anything else, to watch on TV?
Shame on us if we watch football.
Oops! Big-Deal Noozie Loses 75% of His Audience
I’ve got censors shoving me to the bottom of the search engine barrel every day, and it’s no wonder I’m losing a thousand or more views a month. But out there in Noozieland, CNN’s Jake Tapper has lost 75% of his audience in just six months (https://www.breitbart.com/the-media/2021/06/29/nolte-cnns-jake-tapper-loses-75-of-his-audience-in-just-six-months/#). And that’s with sponsors backing him.
What’s his excuse?
Oh, that’s easy. He sucks. He’s totally in the bag for Democrats and everybody knows it, so he has zero credibility.
Tapper’s show went from 2.8 million viewers in January to 708,000 in June. Slump-O-Rama! But wait, there’s more.
CNN overall lost more than 50% of its viewers in the first two quarters of this year.
Noozies think we’ll believe any old crapola they tell us and faithfully support whatever lying, thieving, overreaching, America-hating politician they fob off on us.
But the figures say they’re wrong.
Yo, CNN–don’t let the door hit you in the a** on your way out.

Look back on how bad it was in 2016. I wonder now if our country could have survived without Donald Trump interrupting the madness for four years.
But now the inmates are back in charge of the asylum.
Ooh-ooh! I wasn’t allowed to say that, was I? After all, Democrats have shut down most of the mental hospitals and kicked out the patients who needed to be there. “Asylum” is not a dirty word. I means a refuge, a place of safety.
Yeahbut-yeahbut! You can’t say mad! What we have here is simply an alternative route to sanity.
I wonder if we’ll make it to November 2022 with anything of our republic still intact.
